Overall everything tasted good, their menu has a great variety, the servers were very friendly and accommodating, and their portion sizes are definitely worth the price. However their ordering process is pretty confusing for the customers, servers, and kitchen. You definitely get your money's worth when you come here. Everything tasted very yummy. If you walk away hungry, then that's your own fault. We were definitely well fed. The portions are very big, and they have so many delicious things to choose from. I ate the steamed gyoza, a bit of my boyfriend's snow crab legs, the seaweed salad, the walnut shrimp, the crazy kani roll, the dragon roll, and the angel hair roll. Be careful not to order more than you can handle like I did, or your wallet will pay for it! This was my first time coming here. The ordering process was a bit confusing, but I think that when I come back I'll know better what to do. When you come in they give you a piece of paper where you write down what you want. They have nice picture menus with every item shown on it. If you're not a heavy eater, then I would suggest you use one pink slip for the entire table and try sharing the different things with your entire party. That way you'll all be able to try small portions of a bunch of new things. I think the ordering process may have been confusing for the staff as well. At one point a server came over to hand me steamed gyoza while I was already eating mine. My boyfriend got a nigiri piece he didn't order, but luckily our server caught it right away and got him the right roll in addition to the extra. They came out with one appetizer after we had already gotten our entrees. They also missed the mochi that I ordered (but I didn't mention it because I was already so full). I think their service would be so much better if they had people order a few plates at a time instead of everything all at once on one slip of paper. Despite the ordering process being a bit confusing, our server was very kind and friendly. She was always checking up closely on us, got me all the extra stuff that I asked for with no fuss, and even caught the mistake with my boyfriend's nigiri before we did. Will definitely come back, but I'll be doing the ordering process a bit differently and I'll be bringing many more people.

I came here for lunch today with a friend and there were some good things as well as a lot of things I didn't necessarily enjoy. Ordering food for first timers can be confusing especially if you want to try the Endless seafood/sushi. However this is our second time here and our first time wasn't the greatest either but wanted to see if anything would be different this time around. We went with the endless sushi again. The pricing is competitive to say the least we were happy especially since other places can go up to $20+ for lunch while here is $16.99.

Lets talk about food. We ordered Chicken Katsu which was delicious and prolly the best in town tbh. The sauce that comes with it is amazing, I would totally bottle it up and take it home if I could. We also enjoyed some of their signature rolls such as the Godzilla, Crazy Tuna, and 2 in 1 rolls. We also loved the volcano roll however we noticed that it was different from the last time we ordered it which was 3 days ago which was our last visit haha. The first time it was fried and this time it was heated up and panko was added to it. We still enjoyed it nonetheless but was confused if it was really the same thing...

Now where we didn't enjoy is our service and some of our food. Lets get to the food first. We ordered the yaki udon noodles and it came in a little bowl.... 0/10 would not recommend. The noodles were bland and the calamari was chewy. We actually had to add soy sauce to make it at least some what edible.

The service could have been better. Our waiter rudely told me to write down what I wanted to eat. Sure there is a blue slip for us and all but what if we had questions about certain foods, or questions about the other unknown variables. He seemed to be pre-occupied by his other customers and could careless about what we wanted... We gave him our slip of things we wanted to eat and he went on his way. The hot food items came out fast however it was brought by who I assume to be the food runner or the cook because she came out the few times we ordered hot apps last time. She lightly slammed our food down at our table and went on to deliver her other items. We honestly didn't know we were in that kind of dining. It almost seemed unreal and a little hysterical.

Secondly our waiter didn't bring our food to us it was brought out by the host. However the sushi took almost 40 minutes to make. While it takes the two of us about 15 minutes to finish our food. So we basically waited another 20 minutes for our server to notice us so we can put in another ticket for food. This time we marked 6 items on the blue slip because we didn't want to really wait for our food especially if we wanted to eat more. 30 minutes passed again and we got our food again brought out by the host again and we noticed there were only 4 rolls.... It honestly had been so long I couldn't even remember what sushi rolls I had marked and just ate the 4 that he brought which were cold and sure some sushi can be cold I understand that but the warm ones were getting cold as well... 15 minutes passed and our waiter finally came to add water to our table. We ended our night with another katsu and a sushi roll that we marked but didn't receive and that took 30 minutes for one sushi roll. The Chicken Katsu came out faster than ordering food at Mc Donald's. We tipped our server and went on our way.

We really wanted to give this place another(third) shot but we honestly don't think we would be appreciated as customers/guest. If we do come back it would be for the chicken katsu to...

EDIT: about three years ago i was one of the original reviewers of this location: there where some issues that seem to have been addressed, still impressed with the quality and service... though not perfect and certainly mistakes are made, i believe they have made every reasonable effort to deal with them... 5 STARS!!!

Overall I am impressed with the food. The plates are presented well and the food it aesthetically pleasing. The food combinations are balanced and for the most part, the over-all quality of the food seems to be high. I will say the soy sauce tasted a bit sour and I could not tell if that was by design or by accident. Regardless of the soy sauce taste I will not be docking points because it married so well with the items we ordered; I had no issued with flavor profiles and the balance of each item was well suited to its respective profile. The over all ambiance "feel" of the establishment was pleasant and peaceful though I thought the lights were a tad bit too bright. The scale seemed to be well balanced but the size of items are slightly disproportionate to the overall environment. The smell was neutral and I has no distinct negative smells, the overall smell was of the food being cooked (which was pleasant) and the tables and the floors were swept and clean The staff seem to be on point with information and the operation of the business. The staff seem to be pleasant in demeanor and respectful. The service was OK and thought service could have been slightly better, but it was not to the point of point reduction; given that the restaurant is freshly opened (only two weeks ago as of this date) this rating is contingent upon the continual growth and continuance of quality in this restaurant, to wit, i am expecting the service to be slightly more prompt and attentive and the quality to remain the same. As things progress with this restaurant I will update my reviews as needed: HOWEVER, overall, I RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT, GO THERE!

EDIT 1-5-2021 : Its been almost a year! The food has remained high quality. i went here with others on the jan 1st and the benches where dirty and the plastic dividers full of fingerprints and hair oil as someone was resting their head upon the plastic. I have been coming here since week 1 of opening, i almost changed my rating to a 4 star because of these things. i chose not to change it because they immediately got the staff to clean up not just our booth and benches but the others that needed attention. When they started handing out gift cards i bought the seventh one, i say this to show how often i go there. A mistake like this can be a deal breaker, however due to prompt attention and correction of the issues in tandem with how often i go there and get excellent service and food; it will remain its 5 star status... for now. i still...
