BIG UPDATE!!!!!!¡!!!: WHATS WRONG WITH THE FRIES IN WESTERN MA? THEY TASTE LIKE OIL EXTRA OIL AND EXTRA SALTY? -people on complaining everywhere from greenfield, MA from West Springfield, MA Riverdale franchise. tasted like they dipped their old fries into the greese again and salted them and handed them out. People have been to the hospital from this. I can't name names on a huge public review though. That's their own doing. -how's it possible two different counties are having this same issue? Bad batch drop off or is it protocol to just dump old fries in oil again, and even on a slow day. pleasee explain McDonald's. People are reporting this because we are getting sick. Even KIDS YOUNGER THAN 3. HAPPY MEALS. FIX THIS ISSSUE FOR THE COMMUNITY, HOSPITALS, HEALTH & SAFETY, FDA,BBB, and ALL Corporate places need to answer this especially ALL MCDONALD'S WHO ARE EXPERIENCING THIS ISSUE AND WONT RESPOND.

Teach your staffs how to not mess up the codes because they always screw it up and say we already did the code when we never did Mohawk Trail McDonald's in Greenfield, MA 01301 Like it's a problem big time. And they were SOOOOOOOO backed up Friday, December 15th. All there bells were going off, there was madness everywhere lol and they don't know how to do the code. It even said they got it on my phone when the kid said "you already used it" I said '"we just used the code right here." Where they take the orders. Read moreSo, we stopped here on our trip up to VT and ordered in the drive-thru. Our food needed more time so we were asked to pull up. While we were sitting there waiting, a worker came out and asked us what we ordered, he had two bags in his hand and as we said what we ordered he pawed through the bags with his face fully in it looking to see if that was our food. It was not. He came out a second time, and the same thing happened. He pawed through the bag and looked at all the food to see if it was ours and it was not. The third time a woman came out, she did the same thing sticking her hand in the bag moving all the food around and it was not ours. I made a comment and said that you should try to not be sticking your hand in the bag knowing that fries spill out and having them touched by someone's hands over and over again while their face is in it asking questions just grossed me out. I said maybe a better way is to have the receipt stuck to the bag so that you would know what's in there. She said they didn't have paper for receipts, and said it rudely and then walked off. About 15 minutes later we decided to go inside and at that point it had been so long that they didn't even have our order anymore! They didn't even have any record of our order! If we didn't go in and ask we wouldn't have even gotten food. It was such an odd experience and the workers there were not very kind when we offered the suggestion of putting a receipt or something on the outside of the bag. Especially in a time right now where germs and flu and other things seem to be going around. No one wants their food pawed by hands that you don't know and the bags of food...
Read moreIt was the worst experience ever. I waited 20 minutes for just an order of fries and nuggets. The restaurant wasn't busy, but I'm unsure if they misplaced my mobile order; my turn never came. The staff was serving customers in the drive-thru. I wanted to ask several times if they had my order, but they just ignored me and refused to acknowledge someone was trying to ask something. Imagine waiting 20 minutes for fries in McDonald's; I thought it was a 'fast food' restaurant. And their service indicated something else. When I finally got to talk to the staff, she was super rude. And said the restaurant was busy. NO, IT WASN'T, AND CUSTOMERS AREN'T BLIND TO NOT SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON. I finally got my food, but the nuggets were stale and tasted old oil. I messaged multiple people at McDonald's, including the branch manager, regarding their horrible service, and they just apologized. The email format looked like they have this problem daily, and they send the prewritten email to everyone.
