The pictures look way better than the actual entree…I was so excited to try their food..so I stopped on my way home from work and picked up a to go meal - est. &18.20…chicken & shrimp…, & the vegetable spring rolls ..which were good thus helping their rating…otherwise they would have received a one star…because …Can I say they were baby shrimp of baby shrimp babies…they were so small…lol!!!! If that makes any sense….and I had just a few of them & maybe a little more chicken..and IT, was NOT FRESHLY COOKED…and dry as all get out…and the rice looked like they grabbed some white rice and throw it in my container and sprinkled some soy sauce on it…some places it just looked like white rice…the whole thing just was not appealing at all…awful…NOT TO MENTION THE GUY TAKING MY ORDER WAS SO INPATIENT LIKE I KNEW THE MENU OR SOMETHING….anyway…it was my first time and my last…there you have it people….my experience at...
Read moreDespite the apparent popularity of Tokyo Grill, I couldn't see why business was so brisk by what was on my plate. It has occurred twice that they have closed 20 minutes before their supposed closing time and I have consistently been greeted with a lack luster hello if anyone says anything at all before jumping straight to 'what was your order?' I'm disappointed because of their close proximity to my home and work and like I said their Japanese hibachi is better than most but I'm starting to question whether I want to provide service to a business that could care less if they get business or not.
The Tokyo Grill on W Market is by far better! The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. They consistently give great service. This just became my go-to...
