Nice Staff… But the Experience? Not So Smooth.
I went in to grab a smoothie for myself and my mom. My son wanted apple juice, which they don’t sell — but shoutout to the kind employee who gave him a small cup anyway. That was definitely appreciated!
After placing our order, we waited around 30–35 minutes for just two smoothies. I finally asked the cashier how much longer it would be, and to her credit, she apologized, as did the staff working in the back. I noticed my mom’s smoothie was ready and asked if I could go ahead and take it to her since she was getting impatient.
That’s when the cashier told me she couldn’t give me part of the order — I had to wait until the whole order was done. So even though I already paid, and one smoothie was literally sitting there ready, I had to wait until both were finished? That literally made no sense to !
I ended up asking for a refund, and suddenly the second smoothie was “just seconds away.” At that point, I kind of still wanted my money back, but I decided to stick it out.
“Eventually got the full order”… and unfortunately, the smoothie just wasn’t that great. At least not to me. Definitely not worth the wait.
The staff were polite, and I really appreciated the gesture with the apple juice, but the wait time and the logic behind not handing over part of a paid order made the whole experience frustrating. Probably...

Addison, the cashier, was incredibly helpful in ensuring I was aware of all the toppings and the base options. I truly appreciated her assistance and friendly demeanor. I shared my experience with my sister, and we came back today to dine in. She was impressed as well with the quality of the ingredients. I will definitely be a returning customer.
