If I could give zero stars I would ! And if you're thinking about going here DONT ! I literally left work to pick my food up and upon arrival I was greeted with a lobby full of 15/20 people. The girl at the front counter said they were making my food or about to bag it up. As time went on I came to see they told everybody that. There were people literally sitting there for over an hour just now getting food. I waiting for 56 mins exact just to have my order canceled. The manager told me she couldnt see my order I went to my car and looked at my phone just for it to say they canceled my order. The workers were unprofessional, they lied to every customer that walked through that door saying the wait was at MOST 20 mins and it was over an hour ! Also while I was sitting there me and another girl observed the workers talking about getting KFC and they had to tell the guy what they wanted and he would bring it over in return for a meal from them. We literally watched the guy walk in ask for the manager , hand her over the food and get fresh food BEFORE anybody else was waited on. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and actually horrible experience. Read moreIt was not a great experience at all. Ordered through the website, they used doordash and only received half of my order. I called first to ask about the remaining part of my order, and the phone number is disconnected. How is this possible for a brand new location? I had to drive up there, and when I got there, I informed the cashier that I was missing part of my order and I had the order number just in case they needed to pull it up. He acted like he didn't care. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. WOW is all I could say. He asked what my order was. I told him. Then I asked him if he could refund the delivery fee. He told me he " could either cancel my order or place my order, which he had already done. I was amazed he would react like that to the customer. I said ok no problem, I will wait." I had to wait 20 minutes to get my food. My order was missing two different flavors of wings. When hw gave me my order. I asked him if both orders were in here? Read moreI fear this location is doomed already. I didn’t experience any of the ‘rude staff’ things that others have mentioned. What is extremely apparent is how overwhelmed and frustrated the employees are. They know it’s bad, and they’re trying, but when you’ve been given a bad kitchen and too little staffing you’re bound to fail.
I would be really curious to see how the size of this kitchen compares to other locations, because to me the issue with their output seems to be the facility.
The food itself was okay, although like many others have said the fries were insanely over seasoned to the point they were inedibly salty.
Definitely a bummer, as I know I along with many others were very excited to have a wingstop nearby. But unless I hear about a major revamp, I don’t think I’ll go back to this location.
Also I don’t know if this is something they have control over, but the allotted time the website gives for takeout orders should be adjusted, especially when they have a high volume of orders.
