Used to like this place and customer serviceā¦.until yesterday! They apparently ran out of Hawaiian buns when I ordered the brown sugar bacon turkey sandwich. I was okay with it getting a different bun type, however management needs to order appropriately for something thatās a new item and expect customers to try it. But what got me most was when I made it to the window. She asked me what I ordered, there was only ONE other car in front of me that was driving off when I pulled up to the window. Like??? There wasnāt even a line. Then the young lady took my credit card from my hand, I handed it to her! She ran it and proceeds to ask if the drink on the counter was a Dr Pepper that I ordered with my order. And then the most inconsiderate thing happened. She hands me my drink, then my bag of food and says, āI put your card and receipt in the bag!ā Like why in the world would you do that?!?! Now I have to go searching for my credit card before leaving the window to make sure itās in there when I HANDED YOU MY CREDIT CARD!!! Hand it BACK to the customer! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am so disgusted with this place. Havenāt been in a while my one year was hungry so decided to stop. Ordered a chicken slider and a small curly fry. Get the food and the wrapper is melted to the food. Fries are fresh which were a plus. Try to go inside doors are locked, so l back up to the window. Tried to wave someone down no one came, beeped my horn no one came. Finally after some time someone came donāt know if it was a manager or worker. I showed it to her flipped open dangling. I asked her would she eat this. She said we put it in the microwave. I kindly told her I have eaten at plenty of other Arbyās to know that it shouldnāt look like this. Then she goes to say so you want a refund. Maāam that never came out my mouth. My child is hungry. I need you to remake it. Mind you theyāre not busy at all. So she says pull up all to put chicken and cheese on a bun. Clearly they put them in the microwave too long. CUSTOMER SERVICE has went to S* just as well as the QUALITY. I constantly say, if you're having a bad day, stay home cause a customer like me isn't the one for it. I'm just gonna be honest with you, if you're working, then you must need to because a person that wants to work shows enthusiasm. Some of those workers are so dawg on rude til it is a shame. Stop staring at people, don't rush the customers, stop talking about people, and they're right there listening.. I'm nice not pointing you out on here, but there's always a higher power.. moving forward, hot food would be lovely... I also noticed something, certain people get coupons or discounts whether they have a coupon or not! Be fair with people... Alright, now, give Arby's a try if that's what you desire. Be mindful that people can mess your business up, and then you're wondering what, why, and where your customers went! Remember just because you're having a bad day never messing up another's.
