8/ 2025 OMG! Chili's is pulling a Bud Light and told Cracker Barrel HOLD MY BEER. They already got rid of popular corn on the cob now I hear they will get rid of chili beef queso! If I owned their stock I'D BE SELLING NOW! You Corp non front lines workers Don't fix what ain't broke. Or you go broke. Almost no reason left for me to spend $ at chili's now. Could not cook burgers right, chicken quesadillias often had almost no chicken in them so I stopped ordering those dishes.
Will be going more often to Red Robin across the street. Warmer dining room better service better burgers.
Dec 2024. Food is hot but Not For Long in cold diningroom. Just as cold inside as outside. Obviously not spending their profits on guest or staff comfort in winter. Must not want people to stay and spend more money?
Oct 12 2024 Burger smashed burnt did not look taste right or as pictured on menu. You are crazy if you think I'm paying $14 for 6 cheese sticks. Other new price increases were absolutly nuts also. Guess I'm buying frozen fires & cheese sticks to cook in air fryer at home. Less money for greedy restaurants. I don't mind reasonable prices by appetizers $11-$18 YOU'RE NUTS!
How the H can they have a 4.0 rating? LOL 9-24 got sat at obviuosly dirty table wet mess on top. Hostess laid menu right on it did not notice. How long does it take to grab a towel? I LEFT. IF YYO CAN'T CLEAN TABLES I WORRY ABOUT THE KITCHEN! I left 2 minutes after arriving. Drove to Texas Roadhouse.
6-2024 Same curly red head from last year mixed up my bill and someone elses bills. Did not get my rewards did not feel I could trust using my credit card so I paid cash on bill Mgr. asked me to pay as my bill went to someone else. POOR MANAGMENT POOR BARTENDER. I come to relax not to pay for you to cause problems!🤬 Mgr. Connor server Olivia did not seem concerned to prevent these screw ups in the future. Neesha Is GREAT BTW!
2-17-23 HORRIBLE SERVICE real curly hair lady. I sat at bar several staff socializing just not with customers. Got greeted told she was not my bar tender (but apparently she' not capable of getting a soda or menu started until REAL bartender arrives).
October 22 visit gelatinous chili queso, got my chili queso before got any chips or drink. Chicken bacon ranch quesadilla was not the same as in the past. Quality of service & food has dropped a lot. June 2021 did not think service could get any worse, wrong it did get worse. Potato soup had no potato in it sent it back, appetiser came after start of meal, later servers checked on table behind us and zoom they were gone no checking on us 2 feet away. Could not get a server even after I had to raise my arm and call to the hostess. You know they all wear radios and could radio for the server..... nope. So as a 5 year plus repeat customer I have to conclude they don't want my money (servers must not want tip$), so "I WON'T BE BACK LIKE EVER!" I informed Corey mgr. Of the ongoing bad service.
Recent visit May 2021 asparagus was not trimmed very woody under cooked not edible. Told server but she did not tell the mgr. So rating goes back down to 1 star.
Recent April visit between lunch and dinner the service improved as did food quality.
Up my rating fron 1 to 3 Stars.

My sister was not in the best mood today(and no that does not reflect our decision everything here is facts) and we just wanted to get something to eat. I don’t know our servers name because she didn’t even introduce herself. I don’t know if she’s new or not but you don’t keep badgering a customer about suggestions you’re making. Me and my sister both ordered Texas cheese fries and I ordered the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas. The fries looked absolutely disgusting!! The bacon looked barely cooked, rubbery and pale. Just looking at it was disgusting and made me lose my appetite. I was told they’re using a new bacon but look at this and tell me if you would eat it…the pictures aren’t that clear and you can still see how trifling it looks. The audacity to think I’m eating that is crazy. I told the waiter to send it back and she proceeds to try and make suggestions to make what I want to replace it cheaper. This lady really asked me so you’re going to spend $13 instead of $10? Yes I am and whatever else I want to spend I’ll spend that too. You don’t question what I’m doing like I’m a child. I thought that was rude. I didn’t have a problem with it at first because she did that earlier and I actually took her suggestion but the second time after I already said no once now you’re doing too much. Then the quesdaillas that I originally ordered came out and they had the same look to them. I tried to eat them but wasn’t going to force myself especially since you can get sick from undercooked bacon. The waitress asks how is the food and I tell her it’s alright. She says it’s alright? And simply walks off. That’s the first and only time she checked on us. Never even asked us if we wanted a refill. We didn’t feel like playing duck duck goose with her because she just kept walking past us so I sent that back with another employee and my sister sent her fries back too. After asking for the manager she didn’t even say sorry for the experience or anything. She just asked about our bill and cut me off mid sentence. Seriously? So nobody cares around here at all? We did not feel like she took our concerns seriously. We did not address the waitress to her but I wanted to make this clear in my review. The entire experience was marked by a bizarre level of incompetence and extreme inattention. The ordering process was the first red flag. Our server started diligently typing our simple meal into the computer, only to suddenly stop and declare she needed to write it down instead. Fine, but she proceeded to jot down the order using a blindingly bright green highlighter—a writing tool so unreadable it perfectly mirrored her attention span. We ordered simple appetizers (a salad and a baked potato soup), small portions that should require zero effort to remember. Yet, the chaos continued. My sister’s baked potato soup arrived last—after our main course—and it was both tangy and cold. How an appetizer gets served last, cold, and tasting vaguely sour is beyond comprehension. The main burgers were merely "OK," which was the peak of our positive experience. However, a serious word of warning: we both almost choked on our food. I highly recommend that if you choose to risk this place, you plan to eat and drink incredibly slowly to preserve your windpipe. The final straw was the server herself. The initial laughter and good mood completely disappeared when I ran out of a drink, and I couldn't get a refill because our server was constantly, consistently glued to her phone. It makes me genuinely question if she was ever typing our order at the beginning, or if she was just texting the entire time. To top off this miserable experience, my meal alone was $14.87. Inattentive, disorganized, and truly disappointing. Avoid this place entirely.
By the way, the server she was young tall African-American and she had a Lace front wig in with edgess. She also wore braces. I can’t. She didn’t even tell us her name. And you can very much tell...
