I want to apologize to the staff on behalf of a few out of line customers . Tonight was hectic and chaotic everyone was hungry and staff was exhausted mentally and physically. With that being said. I want to point out to customers on older white gentlemen a FedEx worker I think who was very upset abt not being at the location he placed his order or something like that. There was confusion between 2 location wendover and west over terrace and online ordering, and then there was a women let's call her karen. Loud and rude and most definitely offensive. The employee was doing his best to explain to the older man that he understood his complaint but could not do anything abt it and apologize and suggested he go the to other location to get his money back because it was at that store. (His money). The gentleman wanted to continue his rant and the male employee simply said "I cant do this right now" why because there was abt 10 customers yelling and trying to get his attention to get their order status. He simply wanted to get the crowd to a minimum and get back to the gentleman to probably explain a 3rd time he was sorry for the misunderstanding and he would have to go to the other store that had his order. Now back to karen I couldnt tell what her problem was other than she was hungry and waiting like everyone else . She whips out her phone and professing "we are going live with this." Yelling rude insults and then boom she said it. "They send the big black guy out to intimidate us! I want the manager!" I just looked at her and everyone got quiet and calmed down because at that moment we all knew he was human and just trying his best to do his job. A female employee popped out to hand out food along with the male employee and they were handling it like the professionals they were . I yell out a couple of "I appreciate you guys" and a "thank you!" So if u see this video pop up anywhere please know these employees weren't rude or unprofessional they said the right things and did the right things. The first thing out of his mouth was "I'm sorry but we are shirt handed tonite, please bare with us." I was picking up food for my bf who was still at work since 8am and was starving and the only thing close by that he wanted was chipotle. Order was under Milton. I will always go to the location bc I know the staff here will do their very best . I hope no one gets in trouble for the rude customers i know they will probably have corporates ears bleeding by the time the are finish exaggerated their experience and the staff's work ethic. Peace and love everyone....
Read moreI was refused service by a manager today 3-27-2024, I believe his name is Taio. I arrived at chipotle at approximately 430pm. I waited in line behind approx 6 to 9 ppl. I ordered my food. At one point the fajitas was picked up for restock and in the process water from the heating source underneath had dripped into my bowl. I asked for another bowl to be made. At this point only the rice, beans and chicken was made. So he redid my bowl. While waiting for the customers ahead of me, I watched as they had asked for their extra condiments such as queso and mild salsa, etc. these were two men. I´m a female. As I was asking for two sides of cheese as I always do, I was immediately told I could only get one. I told him that I want two sides of¨shredded cheese in which he replied very sternly ¨no¨. Confused and initially thinking he was joking he continued to say he would not give me two things of shredded cheese. He never said ït´s extra¨ or ït´s extra is that okay¨ he just responded no and very angrily. I informed him that I come to chipotle often and I get the same thing every time and that I´m aware I can have two sides. He told me he would charge me for the second thing of cheese. I told him I was aware I could have two sides for free and that I always order this exact meal. I proceeded to ask for a manager in which he said ¨no¨. I was very embarrassed and unsure why I was being refused service and spoken to in a very deeming manner. I´m not sure if he was frustrated because he was the only one on the line or if it´s because I´m a female and he felt as if he could talk to me in that manner. The other individuals before me were both males and were not treated like this when they asked for sides. I would appreciate hearing back from the company about this. I am a loyal customer and have never experienced this treatment at any other chipotle, or this location ever for that matter. He advised me to go to a different chipotle and ask for my order to be made. My children were hungry and we anticipated chipotle so I did leave and drive down the street to the chipotle in high point. At this point I had waited in line like everyone else, ordered my food and was treated very poorly just to have to drive and I was allowed to order and receive my food at the other location. I have seen other workers diligently prepare food under the same circumstances and have never received this kind of response. I am embarrassed, uncomfortable about returning and having any engagements with this so called manager. I will be checking back for a...
Read moreWas waiting for doors to open with 4 other customers. Could see 4 kids running around inside. They finally opened doors after first customer beat on the door. They were very disrespectful to her. While standing in line 3 of the kids were in the first table next to line drinking sodas and watching a kids movie on a phone. The fourth child about a three year old was at the second table standing in a chair, watching a cartoon on another phone. She had on a teal tutu with what looked like a very full diaper sagging down. No shoes. The 3 year old proceeded to pee with it running down her little legs and feet onto the chair and into the floor. She got down and was stopping her feet in the puddle. Then she moved around the table and licked the back of another chair while she tried to dry her feet on a different spot of the floor. I then noticed the entire dining room that had just opened, and it had a floor that was dirty and littered with trash. The soda and utensils areas were filthy. And the kids had no supervision as the mother was one of the workers that evidently had no sitter. I’m sorry I could not eat there so I left and went to a different location. I realize people struggle but this was simply awful. I did walk up to register and drop a tip in the employee bucket, in hopes the mother would get some $ to buy diapers or pull-ups. I didn’t want to embarrass her or cause her any problems. But needless to say, the manager there is not doing their job. Sometimes we have to make...
