If you asked me years ago to rate moe's, it would've never been 5 stars. But they made huge changes (actually incorporating flavors in their product) and not charging for chips with weekly deals was a nice change. Their tomatillo salsa is a must, proper spice and flavor, salsa with garlic is nice too. Their $6 burrito deal on Monday is a weekly habit now. So much food, great on a budget. Love their Adobe chicken and their tofu is amazing. Add pico, fresh jalapenos and southwest vinaigrette and you got a winner. Grilled veggies are a great touch too. Barberitos was always my spot and still are, but Moes has distanced themselves from the rest.

This place is absolutely disgusting. There is food litered everywhere. Tables are not wiped down trash is just pilled on top of each other. Food is slung around all over the counters. Trash is underneath the counter where the fountain drinks are. This place has gone way down hill since the remodel. They need a health inspector to inspect this place again because this is absolutely disgusting. I will never eat here again. These photos don’t even scratch the surface of how nasty this place is. Very disappointing, they need to do better, I will be the savior of the people and let the people know these places are filthy. Sickening

Greasy broken tortilla chips thrown in the bottom of the bag and crushed by a flavorless burrito that consisted of mostly rice & beans. No salsa was in the bag. When I called the GM, Ashley, today for quality control reasons only, she was rude. First experience, and last experience with Moe’s SW Grill. Just another SUBPAR Chain Restaurant. Local Mexican restaurants are far better.

I had stopped going to this particular location due to customer service. The staff was more worried about what time it was and what time they get off and what they were going to do when off. Many times I stood listening to them complaining about any and everything while waiting on them to ask me what I wanted. A couple times I have walked out mid order because the lack of caring about customers. Friday night I didn't feel like driving to another location. Was greeted when walked in, (that's about the only thing the other staff did). First person was Erica, she greeted me with a smile and when I told her what I wanted, she said wait. Let me change my gloves because I just touched chicken with previous order. She was a vegetarian as well. Carried on a very nice conversation. Next person, Tangee. Tangee just took my queso order, but did it with a smile and conversation as well. Last was Zee, very bubbly and smiling as well. When I asked her to write down names she thought as well as Tangee they were in trouble. I assured them that it was going to be a great review. All 3 smiled and said thank you so much! This makes me want start going back to this location because of Erica,...

This is usually one of my favorite Moe’s even though I never hear “Welcome to Moe’s!!!,” when I enter. Tonight was a late trip before closing. You could tell the staff was ready to go home. I tried to get in and out and not be more of a burden. I wouldn’t expect to get stale chips at the end of a shift, maybe in morning after sitting over night. The cup of queso that I received was thick as molasses because the line had been turned off way early. The veggie bowl and guacamole were pretty good as always. Only other complaints were I received about a 1/3 of bag of chips for a bowl of guacamole and cup of queso, I guess I was supposed to eat majority of my guacamole and queso with my fingers. All 3 sides of Kaiser salsa that was given to me from the line were warm and smelled bad when I opened them. They were immediately thrown in the garbage. I would have rated the experience a 3 just on the bad Kaiser alone, but I wasted my money on the queso also, so that...

I was at Moe's on w Wendover in Greensboro the other day with a friend, and I must say the level of customer service has dropped dramatically since the last time I've been there. It was an icey silence when we entered and the crew didn't aknowledge us for a good four or five minutes. They saw us but turned their backs to us as if we had rudely interrupted something. It was empty when we came in with no one in line ahead of us. There wasn't even the usual "welcome to Moe's!" Once we sat down to eat, my friend found a long black hair in his meal. He'd only just taken his first bite and there it was. He brought it back up to the front to show them and the only thing they did was toss it in the trash for him. They didn't offer to replace it or provide Moe's bucks. It wasn't my hair and it wasn't his since he is bald and mine is very short. I won't eat at this location again. At least not until the customer service and sanitation...
