I have not stopped here in many years as I moved to a different side of town but since I was in the area I decided to stop in and sadly it wasn't a great experience. First I stood at the counter only to be ignored and after making contact with the staff she still didn't greet me, say one minute please, someone will be with you or anything.. she just turned to the bagel cutter and kept working. After she finished, she still didn't say may I help you or next so I walked over to the sandwich area and waited for my husband and we went to the bagel register together where I was asked what I wanted. I gave my order and it was repeated and then she asked if I wanted my bagel sliced and toasted and I did. She gave me my total and told me to get the receipt myself when it comes out. My next notification was her tossing my bag on the counter and saying here's your 2 bagels and muffle and proceeding on the next person. She was a white, short, heavy-set girl with a short haircut and she made my first trip back memorable, but not for a good reason.
UPDATE So silly me, I go back to this store on a different day expecting better service and im in like watching Joyclaire interact with a customer and I felt she was quite rude but I didnt interject because I didnt know the situation, I just saw and heard the customer asking for the souffle in the frontband Joyclaire kept trying to give her the one in the back so the customer said ma'am I'd like the one in the front. Joyclaire proceeds to slam down the one in her hand and grab the one in front and after she placed it in the bag she tossed the bag on the counter so I left. Outside my husband asked why I left and as I was explaining it to him the customer exited and I said excuse me, did that worker come across as rude to you and her reply was, "very! I didnt understand why she needed to be so rude. I was very polite and just asked may I have the souffle in the front and originally she refused to sell it to me and said I have to take the one in the back so I had to ask her 3x and she finally gave me the one in the front, but I surely won't be coming back." And I said neither will I. Panama Bread really needs...

Asked to make sure cheese and crotons were in the soup. The cashier charged extra for cheese without informing even though the description on the website says the French onion soup already comes with certain type of cheese. When asked about not informing about extra charge for cheese (since two of the soups already has cheese) and requested a refund, they asked if you want a bagel instead of refund. After saying no the this generous offer (pun intended), the manager gave several coins back in my hand instead of asking how would I want my refund since I paid through my card. By this time the order was ready at pick area and the guy who prepared the order in kitchen didn't even put extra cheese that I had already paid for in the beginning (before even asking for a refund). The order was also missing croutons that were supposed to come with the soups and I had to fight the highschool age employee with red hair for that. She had the audacity to say that they are not trained to give the croutons with the soups at this location. After showing her the menu description with the picture she still argued with me. We told her that we have been coming to this location for many years and never had a problem with croutons in the soup then we heard her saying another employee to give two minibags of croutons and not three (since we had ordered three soups). One of the soup container wasn't even closed properly and it had leaked inside the bag on all the napkins and plasticware which we noticed after getting home. The soup was not even a bit hot and we had to microwave it to eat. Very upsetting and disappointing experience. Employees were judgemental at this location and were talking about us which we clearly heard and they made it very apparent as well. Not coming back here anymore and would suggest people to avoid this bad...
Read morePlaced an online pickup order this morning to be picked up thru the drive thru on the way to work. Once you are in drive thru... you are boxed in... 2 cars in front, 2 behind, bushes on the right. So I'm STUCK. I literally had placed my order at home, it was past time to pick up.. drive- thru line not moving at all. I actually called inside store and asked them to please have some people move forward, I just need to grab my online order. I mean take a lesson from McDonalds folks.. people are on their way to WORK in the mornings. I FINALLY get my order, at this point, I had gone from arriving early to work to now, I'm late. Get down the road... open my order... it is WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS. I ordered egg white sandwich, this was some sausage and egg on a cinnamon bun. I turned around. Walked into the restaurant. Was nonchalantly asked if my drive thru order was wrong... like it is common. I let her know, I have already sat in your drive thru 20 minutes. She immediately was like, I will remake it right now. She told me they are short staffed... well guess what... so is my office because I am here at Panera trying to get this sandwich. It took another 12 minutes to make the sandwich! I would have demanded my money back, but I had no time for that. Do better Panera, if you don't have the staff to run drive thru, don't have it open. Especially during breakfast and lunch when people have a limited amount of time. If this is a corporate issue, please forward this review. You need to be supporting your staff or shut it down. Shame on you Panera. I will never order...
