What a disappointment! This BBQ Brisket sandwich has to be Arby's latest joke. Absolutely NOTHING like advertised (again @Arby's)!! Do yourself a favor and save your $!! And for over $16 for the combo, this is a rip off. Over 1/3 of what's advertised / pictured, this near room temperature soggy sandwich doesn't even come WITH BBQ, but rather it's sadly served on the side... cold, in a packet. WHERE'S the beef around here?!? And where was a decent sandwich? Leaving today VERY disappointed and a little hungry.

Here is the "HUGE" fish sandwich arbys keeps advertising. Very disappointed. Barely any sauce or lettuce. Also, the sauce that was on it tasted sour or old. I have decided greenville has the worst fast food around. Drive to englewood or troy for fast food from now on. I've already sworn off Wendy's, Burger King, mcdonalds, and now arbys in greenville. Even taco bell is better elsewhere in the Miami valley.

What is going on with this place?? Instead of napkins, we were given paper towels (I'm afraid to know where they got them from) instead of the usual marinara sauce, we were given pizza sauce in a Tupperware container, and instead of a Turkey sandwich (which I have gotten a million times before) we were given some thrown-together concoction that isnt even on the menu! I asked them to fix it and they literally took it back, pretended to make a new one and handed me THE SAME SANDWICH! I ordered mozzarella cheese sticks (6 piece) and I was given 5 and a jalapeno popper....I could keep going, but my point has been made. I hope they figure out what is going on because they usually do...

DO NOT GO TO THIS ARBYS THE MEAT TAKES LIKE METAL N THE MANAGER REFUSED BY THE NAME OF MELISSA REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. MY DAUGHTER SAID IT SMELLED N TASTED LIKE METAL TOO. DO NOT EAT AT THIS ARBYS ANYTIME SOON...U WILL END UP AT HOSPITAL. MANAGER ALSO TOLD ME I WAS RUDE BECAUSE SHE REFUSED TO TAKE THE BAG OF SANDWICHES FROM ME N THE BAG WAS RIPPING. I TOLD HER IF SHE DIDN'T TAKE THE BAG I WAS GOING TO DROP IT ON THE GROUND. She finally took it but still refused to give me my money back. I only wanted my money back from the sandwiches not the rest of the order. WHAT Happened TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. THAT WOMAN DESERVES TO LOSE HER JOB FOR TREATING...

They took for almost an hour to just bring out simple foods. Then had to wait for another like 15 minutes to bring our onion rings. Then have to the wrong people, so that took another 15 minutes. Finally one of the workers came out because we had to pull up to wait and asked what my family and I what we got and we said what we ordered and he came out with food and some was still missing! My mother went in and the guy who brought our stuff out went wide eye and a girl worker she didn't come out at all was really snobby and asked what was missing and my mother said what it was with the receipt and the girl worker just gave out something similar to what we...
