Arby's — Restaurant in Greenville

Normally I have a good experience with Arby's so I decided to give this one a try. I went through the drive-thru and I normally don't do that but this time I really regretted it first I ordered a chicken sandwich, just a regular crispy chicken. The chicken was so dry it was unbelievable that it was thin, it was not very flavorful at all. I had a fry with it and the fries were cold they were limp, they were not what I normally get from Arby's. The entire meal was not very satisfying at all in my opinion. I don't know if this is the type of meal you should expect going through the drive-thru but it was not one that was worth the money that I spent on it. The drink was okay didn't have didn't have too much ice. It was cool and was refreshing but it was not worth the entire cost of what I paid for the entire meal. I expect more from Arby's and I expect my chicken to be warm but not dry and old and I expect my fries to be crispy not cold in limp and soggy...

Most of the time I usually drive pass both Arby's locations because I very seldom see cars in the parking lot or at the drive-thru. But I decided to give it a try because I saw several cars in the parking lot and drive-thru. The curly fries were good but the fire roasted Philly had too much garlic aiol on it and very little roasted red and yellow pepper on it. I will buy a roast beef sandwich the next time.

On Dec 23rd at around 7:30 pm I decided to try Arby's once again but this time the double roast beef meal, it was pretty good and I like that they warm the double chocolate chip cookies. I went to the one on Fire Tower Rd and the young lady at the window was very nice. I give 4 star's for the food and 5 star's for the young lady...

This is the fifth times I had been robbed on my orders in this particular location! Two fries were missing and again, I blamed myself for trusting these folks. It takes 5 sec to open and check the bags. Done with this BS..!
