We came here for my birthday. I wanted to come here when we moved here, but the prices looked a little more than I wanted to pay, so I waited for a special occasion. We had five in our party, and we got to pick our table. They brought out fried noodles and a sweet dipping sauce while we waited to place our orders, which I loved! The service was really great, they had two people working and they made sure that our drinks were filled and that we did not need anything else. I got a wonton soup. My partner ordered the roast pork lo mein, I ordered the sesame chicken (dark meat), and my sister ordered the chicken and broccoli. Something that I do appreciate is that all entrees come with a side of plain fried rice or steamed rice. Many places do not give you a side of rice if you order a noodle dish, but this place does, which I am really a fan of. The wonton soup was really good! The broth was very flavorful and the wontons were bigger than many I have had. The roast pork lo mein was delicious and had a nice smoky flavor to it. It was somewhat sweet, but it tasted really good. The sesame chicken was nice, I never had an option to have it as all dark meat so I was very impressed with that. The chicken and broccoli was good too, with a nice flavorful sauce. The steamed white rice was good, and the plain fried rice was really good too! Many plain fried rices can be bland, but this one was flavorful. Overall, I was worried about the pricing, but I got three meals out of my one meal, so I think the price is worth it. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lovely. I will...
Read moreMy only complaint is I came after 5 expecting to get served a bowl of red vegetable curry. As I have raved over to myself. I found myself being served the lunch plate. Which comes with a desert and my choice of egg roll or soup And a dessert. Right then I should have stopped the waitress. Later I hear that I was an “early bird “ Was that invented recently. Eating out is very expensive. For me. With the flatter plate they do not give you as much sauce. I had avoided coming earlier due to this change. Now I am out about 16.00 and disappointed. I asked for a 7 heat. And since there was very little sauce this was off too. And you better believe they are not going to invite you to come back and get it corrected. After all I ate the food. It’s my fault for not sending it back. I do appreciate the brown rice. But I expected that they would serve the dinner portion after 5. Signed. Steamed. I declined to get the dessert And okayed the egg roll. The waitress said the price is the same as the dinner bowl without the egg roll and dessert. What she needs to mention is you get less food and less sauce. Which is the spicy curry with coconut milk. They should announce by god is that there are two ways. This is served. We’re not going to serve the dinner option until later. But nothing is said. And you realize you’re not getting the full portion until you have been served what you didn’t come to get. I came for the bowl and...
Read moreMy recent dining experience at China 10 was less than satisfactory. Upon receiving my order for orange chicken with steamed rice and two vegetable rolls, I was surprised to find that the food was prepared in an unusually short time, approximately 5 minutes. Furthermore, the temperature of the food was not to my liking, as it was mostly cold.
The quality of the orange chicken was particularly disappointing. It appeared to have been cooked in old cooking oil and lacked the freshness that one would expect from this establishment. I suspect that it may have been reheated in a microwave, which further compromised its taste and texture. The amount of broccoli was also inadequate, with only six pieces of broccoli included.
Surprisingly, even the steamed rice, a seemingly simple dish, was not prepared properly. It lacked the expected flavor.
The vegetable rolls were equally disappointing. Like the orange chicken, they appeared to have been cooked in old oil and reheated in a microwave, resulting in a cold and unappetizing dish.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend China 10 to anyone seeking a satisfactory...
