7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Greenville

My new favorite place for coffee! Today my my first time visiting. I loved how the drive thru has two lanes. I didn't expect the lines to go as fast as they did. The young lady who took our order was very nice. She was fun to chat with as we ordered and waited for our drinks. The young lady who brought our drinks to her to give to us also chatted with us. It was unexpected and everything I never knew was possible. Maybe the chatting made the wait seem faster than it was? Either way I don't care. Exceptional customer service makes the whole experience top tier!

I had the sweet and salty, extra sweet. I don't like coffee taste in coffee drinks (yes that's counter intuitive), I like the caffeine but flavor cover ups. My drink was sweet and I tasted the chocolate flavor but I could also taste coffee. I imagine this is logically what most people want. Overall I liked it. My husband has the blondie, regular. His drink didn't taste like coffee at all and was sweet. It tasted smooth and creamy and more like a sweet cream flavor imo. I liked his more than mine. He loved his but also loved mine because he likes a stronger coffee taste.

I highly recommend 7 Brew. It was a fun place to visit. The workers are very friendly and chatty. I will definitely be back alot to try more flavors. They have a variety of drinks on their menu and it's less i intimidating to understand than Starbucks. At starbucks it's hard for me to understand what things are and will taste like or even how to order. 7 Brew is simpler and cheaper. Definitely give them...

I come here every week & the service is usually great! However this morning was the complete opposite. My mom & I visited this establishment about 20 mins ago & the girl that took our order named Kera was very rude. We both ordered the same exact coffee & Kera told us 2 different prices so my mom nicely asked her why was there a price difference. The girl Kera instantly got mad & said “IDK, that’s just what the computer told me”, so my mom asked if she could look at the computer to see where the different amounts are coming from & the girl Kera started yelling at my mom & said “LISTEN MA’AM IDK WHY IM JUST READING FROM THE COMPUTER”. Now at this time I was ready to get out the car to ask her who she was yelling at because you do not have to scream at old people when they are asking a question about THEIR MONEY BEING SPENT! So right when I was about to address her, Kera hurries up & goes inside the 7 brew station to get her manager named Ciara (mind you we never asked for the manager, the little girl just didn’t know how to handle conflict & take accountability). So the manager comes out, she was nice & explained that both orders were in fact the same price & the girl that took our order said the wrong price to us the first time. We thanked Ciara for explaining that to us & let her know that’s all we asked Kera for & Kera just got hostile with us. I informed the manager that Kera needs to learn how to take accountability & how to resolve conflict. I probably won’t be back to location because of the rudeness that happened...

As a coffee lover, I always want to try something new. I normally get my coffee from starbucks but I wanted to try something new and they are across the street from them.

I was a bit disappointed with the coffee. There is no options on coffee grain just syrup choices like a gas station would have except in a gas station you have options like Colombian, Arabic or regular coffee. I ordered a regular hot coffee with creamer and 2 splendas. Coffee didnt taste fresh as I would have hope.

I love the atmosphere and the staff was very excited to work there.

I hope on my next trip, the coffee will taste better. They also ran out of chocolate muffin at 9am on a Saturday as well.

2nd visit went better. The coffee was a lot better this time around. The vibe continues to be amazing, and the staff is always pleasant. One of the things that I noticed was that I asked for hot coffee and they gave me a Latte which was a dollar more than the 7 Brew House Blend which I just asked for a coffee with 2 Splendas and creamer. Not a major issue. I finally got the chocolate muffin top, a bit on the cold side (was packaged and most likely stored in the fridge). I hope in the future they think about having a "freshly made this morning" option.

Will go back for more because the staff are amazing and I want not only to have good coffee but to be put in a good mental state...
