We placed an order for pretzels around 6:06 PM and were assisted by a gentleman who was very respectful and polite. After receiving our order, we noticed that one of the pretzels was burnt, so we kindly asked if it could be exchanged. The young man assisting us was in the process of doing so when an employee named Allison, who was rolling pretzels nearby, abruptly interrupted the interaction.

Without allowing the exchange to proceed, she firmly said “No.” I explained that the pretzel was burnt, and although she did replace it, she did so with noticeable attitude. She handed us a new pretzel without a word and walked away, leaving us feeling dismissed and unwelcome.

I’ve been going to this place for a really really long time never have I ever gotten a pretzel that was completely dark and then when I tell the employee that these are burnt, they tell me these are how they come, and they shrugged her shoulders being completely rude. I’ve spent a lot of money with this company, and I will never ever come back. The interaction was completely horrible even the sausages were Black. They do not wear gloves , many times walked by and saw them rubbing their hair , face then immediately making pretzels.
