Very disappointed at two incompetent staff members. All I asked for was a replacement dressing for the mistake they made by giving me a honey mustard, not the cashiers fault but possibly a team leader and an Indian female that was expediting asked me to show them my receipt. First of all why would I drive and make a trip to steal a dressing that I have to show a receipt. I bought two Cobb salads with grilled chicken. Pricey at best. So for the blantant disrespect for proper customer service I drove home to get the other salad. It would have been more cost effective for the company to give me my order by giving me what I ordered... Avocado ranch and not Honey mustard especially since I then requested a new salad for my second drive. When all they have to do was give me the dressing I asked and paid for that I would have used on the old salad instead of a new one. Instead of brushing me off as a thief for salad dressing that wanted to make useless trips and waste gas. It was so humiliating that time was wasted trying to pull it up on the drive thru screen. Excessive ,Disrespectful and Ignorant staff. However I can't end this by not saying that the Manager did rectify my issue but I wonder if she explained this situation to her...
Read moreI ordered breakfast today, receipt timestamp 7:19:52AM from this location. I get handed a Chic Fil A bag from one of the Chic Fil A staff after I ordered, I realize there are no condiments that I ordered inside the bag, I bring it to his attention, he acknowledges that he forgot, he hands me the condiments, and I pleasantly said to him "no problem" and I put my trust in him that I got the rest of my food that I ordered in the bag..I'm thinking to myself, "it's only a condiment mistake, we're legit good, and I go on about my day, no problem" ..10 driving minutes later, I decide to open the Chic Fil A chicken biscuit wrapper and behold, a biscuit with no chicken in it..he gave me someone else's order..I drive back 10 minutes to get my order and I let them know I spent 20 minutes for this mistake..what do they do and say? We gave you someone else's order, he tried to get your attention after you left, but here's your Chic Fil A chicken biscuit, have a good morning..I would of gave a 5 star review had they at least gave me a small side of hashbrowns for my 20 minutes driving time wasted..I was done wrong for their mistake and Chic Fil A did not step up for me,...
Read moreI will never go there again !!!!!! I went on a busy Friday morning and it took them 20 minutes to make my order one single order . DIDN'T get my change nor a receipt . my change was 15 bucks . I know it's not much but it's the principal of the matter. I called on Monday and explained what happened no one returned my call. Yes I know how it looks and I should have know better if I don't have a receipt for my order then it was impossible to prove it happened. But still tried I had to call three times three times . Here it is today Thursday and I spoke to lady and she said that her Friday count draw didn't show it being over. Which is fine of course you guys have a thief working. I know what happened because I only had a that money on me . Everything is on card now a days. AND getting that food made me late to work . Just the fact that no one could contact me earlier.
