Five Guys — Restaurant in Greenville

Have been to lots of Five Guys many times. Tried the Haywood Rd location in Greenville one time and will not go back. Floors were so slick it was like they were mopped with peanut oil instead of soap. Burgers for all 3 of us were over cooked and the fries were under cooked. TBoth fountain drink machines were putting in way to much carbonation, could not taste the Coke much at all. I think that either management or the owner should visit the other Five Guys in the area to find out what they should represent instead of what they are representing(Yuk🤢) Will not be going back to Five Guys for a long time. All 3 of us were very Nauseous last night after eating half of our meals. Please get this taken care of so others don’t have the same experience. Before I even get started I will point out the obvious...this place is expensive. If you're not prepared to drop $20 per person for a burger fries and drink just go on. These are not the best burgers I've ever had but they're pretty darn good and very consistent. The fries (Cajun style) are delicious. They're hand cut and fresh and they load your bag up with them which helps justify the $5.25 price tag on a regular order. I'm docking them a star on service because they put number stickers on your burger wrapper which is supposed to tell you which is which. Well they're never right on mine which is annoying. Just leave the stickers off if you're not gonna bother making them right. Either way I wind up opening them up to see which burger is which. Minor gripe...

Ordered online and when I arrived I was told the fries would be ready in 2-3 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes and watching a basket of fries be taken out of drier and seasoned, I asked about my order. I was told it would be another 30 seconds to finish cooking. I asked for the fries that were already ready, and the workers looked at each other cluelessly and said mine would be ready soon. I couldn't wait any longer, especially since they didn't seem to know what was going on. I asked for my burgers and left. When I got home, one of the burgers was not prepared the way I ordered it. Very disappointed in this location. Gave always had a good experience with 5 guys, but will not go to this...
