Jeremiah's Italian Ice — Restaurant in Greenville

I’d passed this place multiple times on my way to work, and I thought it would be a nice date for my boyfriend and I. We were greeted with a friendly hello and a smile and were politely asked to take a look at the menu while we waited. We had received some coupons for free small items, and we were both unsure about some details. Three were on staff at the time, and a few customers were ahead of us. The wait was a little longer than expected (almost 10 minutes), but the staff was apologetic and did well in guest recovery. We ordered our items, a small Oreo mud pie and a small mango tango. The ordering process was easy and leading helpful questions were asked to streamline the process. The staff seemed to be well-trained, answering our questions, taking orders, and involved with their own tasks. Again, there was a little bit more waiting than I had anticipated, but with it being peak season and peak time, I get it. The staff served us two full cups, exactly as advertised. I was surprised to get so much in such a small size! The flavor was phenomenal! I came here tonite at 9:41 pm and was not served in the drive thru even tho they close at 10 pm. I saw a young girl and an older man and she did not even approach me at the window to say anything or give any insight as to why they were closed already. Disappointed and wasted my gas to drive over here.

Update: it may have been just now updated but everyone in my car read the same thing I read and was posted on the window or in google this I know for sure and it certainly said 10 pm !!!!!! It’s okay to change your hours whenever you see fit that’s not an issue but to assume that I didn’t first check what was posted is crazy. My reaction is this way for the simple fact that is was inconsistent. Every decal every window and every google /FB should be consistent. No one is perfect but it happened and thats why I was mad and the girl came right to the window with all her ice cream to go looked me dead in my eyes and Kept it moving. It could have been a simple - sorry are hours recently changed or online could have reflected something different from what we currently operate but we will make sure all info is consistent...

This was my first time at this particular location but my mom told me a couple stories from this place about the service. I’m one to make my own opinion so I didn’t use her experience against them. But from MY experience it was the WORST. the boy at the window was basically whispering they didn’t take my payment until the end and then when they said “did you pay” they gave me attitude about it like i did something wrong. it is YOUR job to take my card. I was holding the card out the window after he took the order and he just walked away. We paid for Mediums and got smalls and all 4 of the Gelatis we received were all different sizes yet we paid for all 4 of them to be mediums. When i asked for a little extra soft serve on one of them i was told i had to pay for it.. i’m not paying for something that should already be on it?!? the ice cream is good and always has been at the other locations i have been to but i’m never received such poor service from ANY other place.
