The Hostess told us to find our own seats and then our Waiter who did not introduce himself, gave one of our drinks to another table which seemed to be a trend later in our dining experience. We ordered an alcoholic drink the tie dye and the bartender was absent at the time so after about 15 minutes our waiter said he would make it and when we received it there was obviously no alcohol in it. Then the further it went our basket of rolls were given to the table next to us again and we waited almost 25 minutes for our first basket of rolls. When our salads were supposed to come to the table he tried to give our salads to the people next to us again and we overheard him saying "are you sure you don't want it" like it would be all right for him to give our food to other people... he set them on the bar counter and was about to walk away to do whatever else and we pointed out that was our salads and then the other two salads he also tried to give away were for another table and they also pointed out to him those were their salads. We asked three times for our second basket of rolls and two of the times we watched our waiter walk to the bar and then just stand there and then at one point it looked like he was going to get them. Another 20 minutes food comes out someone from the kitchen brought it and we asked them for rolls she asked who our waiter was and we told her we didn't know his name. While enduring this terrible service at no point did we expect the food to be bad but to really put the cherry on top it was REPULSIVE... we got the brewski onion sirloin steaks one was The Logan that was $16 and the other $14 there was no seasoning whatsoever and the Logan steak was even worse than the other steak the only way to describe it is the flavor of what you would think dirty dishwater would taste like and the over loaded mashed potatoes were as if they just scooped the potato out of a baked potato and put it in a bowl with the toppings it was not creamy or tasty. Finally he returns to the table and we ask for the check and the box and then wait again for a long time and decide there must be somewhere else we pay and get up and ask someone who says your waiter is Chase and he is supposed to take care of all of that. We hadn't been to Logan's Roadhouse in Greenville in 2 or 3 years and we just cannot believe that what used to be a delightful and Delicious Restaurant has gone so incredibly downhill and DISAPPOINTING. Will NOT be returning....
Read moreExcellent service by Clarice. The fried catfish was delicate and delicious. And the ribs were ample and the Mesquite salmon was expertly cooked. I will be coming back.
4-23-2025. Hannah was an excellent server. I had the salad with fried chicken tenders. Tasty, but if you wanted to enjoy the salad part though good I would recommend for extra flavor to get the southwestern style blackened chicken salad there's a lot more flavors and items in that one. And I got the bowl of loaded potato soup, and it was delicious but I would recommend a cup. You would enjoy it but you wouldn't get so full and you could enjoy the rest of your meal. All in all I'll come back again and I already bought a gift card With a $10 free bonus!
6-9-2025: was here for dinner with a large group of men. We had a nice fun time and the servers were excellent. I hate to add a "but", but.. the price for what I got was surprisingly high. I got a small thin 6 ounce piece of salmon a sweet potato, a side of broccoli, and a $2.99 iced tea and my bill came to over $23. The company was great, the highlight of the meal was the yeast roll. I almost got the chili in a bowl and I probably would've enjoyed that lot more with some yeast roll or maybe the loaded potato soup. I think I'll do that next time. I'd like to be able to afford to come more often. 9-8-2025: I don't remember our server's name but we were the group of about 15 guys on that long table this evening between 630 and 830. Our server was on top of all of our drinks all of our service and delivery of food and refilling and making sure we were doing fine and she gave out and collected the checks very quickly. She did excellent. My only complaint was it was very cold with that air changer above us blowing right toward the windows where we were sitting. But besides that it was great I had a ribeye steak which had a good flavor but a little bit grisly. The potato and side salad...
Read moreSadly, I came to Logan's because Texas Roadhouse was closed by 9:30, unfortunately. I was referred to Logan's to get a good steak. I was treated as though (because I came at 9:40 and they closed at 10), I should have never walked through the door. I was told to seat myself by the hostess and when I did I never got served. I then moved to a closer section of the main dining area and I was greeted by the bartender/waitress, whom rarely checked back. I didn't get bread until about 10 minutes after sitting down. Unfortunately when she returned, the bread was not lukewarm! When the meal was brought out, my steak was tough, although I initially asked for it to be cooked over medium rare to preserve tenderness. I then asked to speak to the manager and explained I asked for the steak to be cooked tender. He assured me it would be done. However, on the second round, it turned out to be very tough, bloody and undercooked. To put the stale bitter icing on the cake, they ran out of sweet potatoes because according to the manager, the cook threw out the sweet potatoes, not realizing there were still patrons dining. To solidify the overall horrible experience, a majority of male staff members were at the bar drinking heavily, giving strong visual cues (looking at me, then purposely looking at their watches immediately after) it was well after closing time. The manager accepted full responsibility (as he should have) for all of the shortcomings on this visit. I would advise anyone who decides to go to this location before closing, to steer away and check another...
