McDonald's — Restaurant in Greenville

I recently pulled up in the drive way to ask for my mobile order and at first a women was speaking then the voice went out. After trying to speak to the cashier and getting no response my friend then had to pull up and the working was on his phone not paying attention. I proceeded to give the man my order and he let me know it was the wrong location and that I can change it, that’s fine I really appreciated that however he wasn’t very clear on which address to use so then I changed the order expecting to get my food. I went in the there was a man who was calling out food and he asked for my order, he went from being nice to being annoyed by the fact that he couldn’t find the food he had to find out the address because he didn’t know the address and he had to get his manager to basically tell me I that it was not there. Me and my friends tried to explain that the cashier at the window told me that it was possible. The manager was very dismissive and rude from the get go. Then she basically said “I don’t know why he told you that, we can’t do that” she did not try to ease the situation they just wanted us gone and let us know that by how disrespectful they were. I called the McDonald’s address that my food was prepared at and the person who picked up was more concerned and respectful than the other McDonald’s that I was at. I went today with my friend and was being helped by a team member. After a few minutes we heard a manager yelling at her in front of everybody and calling her names. I have never seen such disrespect be done to a worker before. She was telling her to wash dishes and to clock out when she was clearly helping us as customers. I can believe y’all have people like that working in customer service when they don’t know how to treat others with respect. At her big age she should know better than to treat others like that it almost seems like a power trip. It ruined the whole environment and was very unprofessional. I even saw the worker crying in the parking lot after being yelled at. Honestly so disappointing to see something like in a place like McDonald. Hopefully y'all supervise the type of people y’all have in charge because that was so unprofessional because people should know better than to treat...

So I have had a few problems here. The guy at the window that passes you the food is really nice but for the third time my order has been wrong. I got a steak bagel meal asked for no egg with a large sprite no ice. Got to the window he had me down for a coke so I corrected him. I dont usually get a receipt I don't like to waste the paper. I get my food and go on my way to work. Get to work and my order is wrong. I take my sandwich out and there isnt a hashbrown in the bag, then the sandwich has egg, lastly cup is not even full. I couldn't believe it. Unfortunately, I can't go back and ask for them to correct it because I don't have a receipt as I said I typically don't ask for one because its a waste of paper.
