Waffle House — Restaurant in Greenville

1st thing if Bre with a nasty attitude. If Bre is your server just walk out. She had a nasty attitude while I was ordering and after. I don't know what was the problem but she needed to leave and not work there. Spoke with Scott (so called manager) and he refused to give me her name I said well the name is on the badge. Then he said he would talk to her. This 10% tip rule shouldn't be given to her with that nasty attitude. She knows she will get a 10% regardless and have a nasty attitude. Next while taking my order she didn't say nothing about sitting at the back after getting my order. After she received payment and I sat back down at the bar she asked me to move to the back cause the bar was for dine in customer. There was 2 gentlemen who walked in when she asked but they went to the empt booth. She also said please move from the bar it's my section with an attitude. With an attitude after payment was received and tip put into my bill. That's why the tip shouldn't be added. Bre needs to be fired and don't need to work with the public at waffle. I need my 10% tip back or it need to go to another server maybe Amaya if I'm spelling her name correctly. She didn't give me the ticket so I could add my stuff up. But I will never return to this waffle ever. I told Scott I am dealing with back problems and from out of town and she acting stupid like that. How many people goes to Waffle House and sit at the bar while food is getting prepared to go? She was talking hateful to another employee told the gentleman “bag that food it’s a to go order the person is here waiting for it”. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow. This doesn’t make any sense. Customer service was aweful.Our waitress name was Angel Whitfield. When we sat down she gave us a knife and took our order and walked away. She never brought us our drinks till we received our food. She brought us plates that had thick grease on the sides of them. When asked for then rest of the silver wear she seamed to have a attitude,she was rude the whole time. The 2 guys that was with me ordered the all star breakfast and they never got there waffles and when I asked about about it she never made it and them. She had been to busy talking and on her cell phone. So then she went and made them. She went to the table behind us talking about how she hated her job and how she had 2 jobs and worked all the time and wanted to quite and get a job with benefits. she was so busy talking and on her phone I had to asked 2 employee for a refill they walked away and kept talking. Hello i want to first say that KylieStroup did a fantastic job waiting on us the restaurant was clean and her customer service was outstanding she was very attentive and she smiled i appreciate good service and food but i have one complaint about the temperature of the restaurant it was freezing plus it was cold outside anyway when i received my food it was hot but within 3 to 4 minutes my food was cold so i really wasn't comfortable and cold at the same time so please when i come visit again please let it be comfortable enough to eat and food still be hot thanks again to the young lady i mentioned and the cook oh there was another older lady i dind't get her name when we walked in she welcomed us in with a warm welcome she really sat the mood great attitude i really hope you know who she is we came in around 9:30 am she is a very happy and bubbly person she had on blue glasses and braids so...
