Overall the food was pretty good, for a fast food restaurant. They would have received more than 2 stars if it wasn't for the horrendous service we received. We went thru the drive thru and during the ordering process they were slow and consistently interrupted us but we have come to expect that in the time of up selling we live in. When ordering they told us the string bean chicken would be an additional 6 minutes as they were making it new, so it wasn't a surprise when we were asked to pull forward. After waiting closer to 10 minutes once we pulled forward they brought out our meal, minus the chicken egg rolls and fortune cookies. As we just finished at the water park and we're in our swim suits, we decided to go back thru the drive thru to get the food we were shorted. This is where the service nosedived. We explained we didn't get the egg rolls and we told they were in one of the containers, as we attempted to explain further to her we were cut off multiple times and told they were in the bag. Finally, she asked us to pull around and when we go to the window, she demanded the bags where she proceeded to dig thru them. Ultimately, upon finding they were not in the bags she handed us she went and got them and out them in the bag before handing the bags back to us. At this point, they could have redeemed themselves by simply apologizing and saying they made a mistake. Instead she rudely handed the bags to us and said she didn't know what happened but she out them in there. As she was the one who took our order and brought the food out to us, it was as though she was implying via words and tone that we did something with the egg rolls. Couple this with the previous visit where multiple requests for hit mustard were completely ignored and I feel a trend has begun emerging. Typically go through the drive thru and orders have been wrong once in a while, wait varies but usually on the long side and customer service is mediocre. Today we dined in and it’s a hot mess. They were out of a few items so we had to wait about 10 minutes to get our items. When they brought our food we got some of the wrong items but by that point I didn’t feel like returning it. Aside from that the food is a hit and miss. The orange chicken was dry and didn’t look like it had any sauce/glaze, the fried rice is bland and the rest of the food is average. The staff is friendly enough but it seems like they don’t really care to provide above average service. Also, they wear hats but their hair is was falling down on the sides and they were constantly brushing it behind their ears with their fingers and went right back to handling food. Yes, they use utensils to touch the food but this still seems unsanitary in my opinion....

The rice was undercooked and crunchy and being as that was my main meal it was highly disappointing, my ragoons had dark brown and almost black (2 colors) flakes all around the rim and inside so maybe it's time to do a deep clean of the kitchen, and my spring rolls were far beyond golden brown. I understand this is fast food but I hope Panda understands that there is still a certain expectation to serve edible food. Unfortunately this is the second time I've complained about the exact same thing for this location so uber will no longer issue a refund. Be mindful of that when ordering online. (Please note: if uber won't offer a satisfactory refund that totals in the amount you paid for food that was below standards of consumption, you can dispute the whole transaction with your bank. Don't allow corporations to walk all over you for something that isn't your fault. I'm mentioning that in case someone else expiernces...
