I'm absolutely upset my husband ordered a 3 chicken finger combo with extra Texas toast and extra cane sauce, once he brought the order out to my husband he noticed along with me that we were handed the wrong order?? The 3 chicken finger combo only had 2 chicken fingers and as for the extra charge for the Texas toast and cane sauce, we weren't handed at all the extra items he payed for.. if only he didn't realize after we got home that the order was incorrect, I would've gone back myself and waited until I got handed the right order but honestly its also our fault for assuming the order was right from the start when in reality it wasn't. Such a shame. I was so excited to eat my meal because my pregnancy cravings were going crazy. Do better with the customer services.
UPDATE: 10/3/24 We contacted the customer services number they referred us too, and let me tell you it was so helpful they assisted my needs right away when I informed them about my experience at canes for the very first time and they offered me gift card for a free meal for my next visit but to our surprise when I tried using the gift card at this location they unfortunately didn't take it since they are a franchise canes location, so I called back their customer services number and they told me that the general manager in that location would contact me and assist me with a solution to the problem, and let me tell you, this lady Shirley (I hope i spelled her name correct) was so extremely nice and sweet/helpful that she herself told me to come in on a day that I desired and that my free meal would be made. I don't know what she told the workers that work at this location but once My husband and I came in they attended our needs right away and we waited no later then just 4 min for our food to be made, they assisted us with great customer services and that's all thanks to this amazing woman the General Manager, I truly appreciate her assisting my issues and thank her truly for everything she did for me up to this point to receive my food. Read moreI do not understand Raising Cane's choosing this as the first place they would want to open in NC. It's not a drive-thru. You have to go onto the student union campus building for ECU. However, once you finally pay the parking for the parking garage you're forced into parking in, getting out and walking onto the ECU campus you finally get to enjoy some decent Raising Cane's chicken. Which is still better then any bojangles or zaxbys chicken. The sauce is as remembered (better version of zaxbys sauce), and the chicken was fluffy, juicy and the flavor was outstanding. The crispy fries were perfectly salted, and the lemonade was on point. I realize that carolinians, specifically east carolinians seem to have a really weird basis for what is good food, but for this Texan that was missing some Raising Cane's it hit the spot. Change the location though, or at least add a location...
Read moreso… I’m here on the ECU campus, I decided I wanted canes and ordered from GrubHub and chose delivery through the little robots. Took about an hour and 30 minutes for my little robot to come. I open the robot and my food is NOT IN THERE!! I go to canes, which is closed by now, and they tell me it’s a problem with GrubHub not them. This lady is telling me to get a refund from GrubHub. So I ask her isn’t it YOUR fault my food from YALL wasn’t put in there? She said “ I wasn’t the one who took it out there, we’re closed now so it’s probably in the trash”. and then proceeded to also make it seem like it was grubhub fault that my food from YALL wasn’t put in the robot!!!
