First time here at this location and I had a great time! They have nice atmosphere, good music I can listen, enhancing the experience while eating my food. I found pleasant employees all around and they give me the feeling they want me here as a customer. My waitress Kim who was my bartender served my food hot and exactly how I wanted. So many offerings for burgers and each is customizable to get you that perfect burger you have been dreaming about. Each burger comes with a bottomless side. Consider the fact you go to one of those other fast food places and what fries they shoved into the box is what you get. For a little extra, you eat ALL THE FRIES YOU CAN!!! If you have that special "Vegan" in your life they have great options including a plant based Impossible Burger Patty. I think what will draw me back is the shakes. The shake i had was the simple chocolate but the taste was great. Lastly I hate to no be complete so I had to have a short stack of the onion rings; delish! Very pleased at this trip and will definitely be a repeat customer. Kim took the time to sign me up for the rewards program so I'm on my way to getting a reward. 06-03-19 Update: Stopped here with a friend as I raved about my experience previously and was floored at how bad the service got. I know that some jobs are trying but come on, get it together. We tried the teriyaki chicken sandwich and it seemed with only a few people they could not get these right. I simply didn't want mayonnaise but added onion and it came with no pineapple. My friend who didn't ask for any change in his sandwich also was missing pineapple. When asked for it, they added it but it was iced cold; which they added to a hot sandwich. There was only 1 or 2 additional tables, consisting of 1 family and another table with 3 people with 2 servers. The time waiting was too long in my opinion and the sandwich was wrong. She finally gave me a refill of my drink, still leaving the empty glass, but did bring us out some of those bottomless fries. Both sandwiches finally came out and she gave us both refills now but I'm one of those people who drink unsweetened ice tea, now drinking sweetened. Once again an apology but that was too much. Unfortunately you would be better to make other choices than here for a lunch. Could be the first time I was here I say at the bar, no issues at all. The table service in my opinion was far below...
Read moreI'd never been to a Red Robin before but I can assure I won't go to this one again. First while waiting to be seated one of the hostesses was a total ditz. Then she seated us almost on top of another party. She seated my boyfriend and I at the smallest table they had which was in the walkway crammed between a booth and a table for 4. My boyfriend is 6 ft 4. Needless to say to were extremely cramped. So when the ppl next to us left we switched tables. The ONLY reason they even have 2 stars is bc our food came quickly and was good but they are RIDICULOUSLY priced. For a chicken sandwich and fries it was 13 something not including the drink. We got there arnd an hr before closing. When I tell you this was the DIRTIEST eat in restaurant I've ever been to. There was food all over the floor. And they had plenty of staff so no reason why someone couldn't have been cleaning up. The sweet tea was disgusting. It was so watered down as if they had used the same teabags 3 times and then let it sit with ice in it all day. After adding SIX packs of sugar(which I had to ask for) it only tasted like sugar water. I had my waitress bring another and it was no better. Oh apparently you have to ASK for napkins. As I looked around no other tables or customers had any napkins. At any restaurant I wld expect them to be on the table but especially one that specializes in food you eat with your hands. My waitress came to the table a total of 3 times. To take my order, bring my food and once while she was passing to another table. I asked for a to go cup and plate. I only wanted the drink to drink while I smoked my cigarette. They had no to go cups which can be easily overlooked but the to go container she brought me looked like it was made for a cupcake and not a chicken sandwich and fries. By the way. I got the napkins from ANOTHER waitress along with my to go plate .After asking if everything was ok I never saw my waitress again. So in synopisis. The food is tasty but HIGH, the service stinks and the floor was just GROSS!!!!! Save your money and dine elsewhere. I'll try a different one when I go out of town. I give this one a yr before they go...
Read moreToday was my birthday and my husband took me out to celebrate. I am celiac so there are very limited options for that already but I did my research and for my birthday I chose Red Robin based on several recommendations from celiac groups about the gf bun and sides that are safe to eat. There was no wait as we entered we were seated promptly but the seats themselves were wet so we had to dry them off first. We sat for several minutes with the menus and had enough time to pick out entrees and I had time to use my phone to search for some things to do afterwards and small conversation before we were ever even approached by any server to ask us for our drinks. We placed our beverage order and declined an appetizer but were cut off before placing our order to go get our drinks. When she came back we placed our orders. I will acknowledge she was very observant of the gluten free bun choice and confirmed the garlic fries as well. Our food came relatively quickly. Then we never saw her again as our server until it was too late to redeem the meals service. She and another server spent their time with the handsome bartender at the end of the bar in conversation. My husband got up and asked one of the lovely ladies at the front for a box to put my meal in. He finished his drink with no refill. Our “endless” sides were never refilled or asked about even after I’d boxed my meal. We were not asked until after every thing had been paid and boxed if we wanted anything else but at that point I just wanted to go. The bathroom had an out of order sign on one stall and I couldn’t wash my hands the water was scalding hot and even the water in the commode was erm steaming my bum. The food itself was so amazing I almost cried because there’s so little choices out in town but the service was just lacking. There were only three other tables seated at the same side and one left soon after we came and there were other employees there. I just don’t know what was going on. We couldn’t even distinguish a manager among the employees so I’m not sure there even was one. No one came to our table. Breanna was our...
