Wendy's — Restaurant in Greenville

Went to Wendy's tonight and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich,sat down with the family and took a big bite out of my chicken. As I was chewing my food I noticed that the texture didn't feel right and the taste was off for some reason. (This is where it gets a little messed up) As I was swallowing my food ,I looked down and noticed that I just swallowed a big chunk of RAW chicken.By that time it was to late to spit it out so I immediately jumped up {Furious) trying not to show my true emotion in front of my daughter.I Calmly walked up to the counter.Well needless to say I felt very uncomfortable and a little embarrassed when the employes were asking me what was wrong with the chicken and telling me that my order was right..I looked that lady right in the eyes and said My Chicken is still Clucking. She looked down at it and had the ugliest look on her face and said yuck ,hey guys come look at this chicken it's raw and then looked at me and asked me with a straight face,Would you like me to make you another chicken sandwich.I mean REALLY come on now. To make a long story short I said no she refunded me my money and the whole time she kept saying "I would be mad if that happened to me, over and over and I been feeling sick on and off all night especially when I start thinking about that horrible moment when I looked down at that RAW Cluckin Chicken. I really think Im scared for life when it comes to eating chicken and I can definitely say that I WILL NOT BE EATING AT WENDY'S EVER AGAIN.THAT SUCKS TOO BECAUSE THIS WAS MY FAVORITE FAST FOOD PLACE IN...

The food was good a personal favorite is their chili with extra cheese and onions poured over one of their baked potatoes. It seems that they were having a rough day whenever I stopped by. I first stopped around 5:15 in the Drive-Thru trying to pick up a snack for my son. After waiting 20 minutes and seeing that it was probably going to take at least 10 minutes longer I was in danger of being late to the daycare and had to leave. After picking up my kiddo I returned hoping that the rush had passed or that they had fixed whatever the issue was. This time we went inside to order. It was probably about 15 minutes before we could order and it least another 30 before we received our food. However I really wanted that chili and baked potato so I ordered a cookie for my son that way he could start on that while we waited on the rest of our food. Once we received it everything was delicious but I think they may need to hire some extra help or something. I remember why I don't come here anymore , I get to the drive thru and wait 5 minutes before someone offers to take my order and they tell me they are only accepting cash but that they take card inside so I go inside and try to order and I guess I was interrupting a txt message because the lady taking orders couldn't put her phone down for a minute I had to repeatedly tell her what I wanted to order because she was so caught up in her phone she didn't know what was going on around her , then a lady comes in from the drive through and her food was ice cold. I finally get my food and had to ask them to get me drinks because the machine only had diet coke available .
