Pet wash station gets worse every time I go. I’ve been using it for about a year now with my golden retriever. I need to take him there because of his coat and the best thing about it was the dryer. I went today to give him a bath and blow him out and there was 1 working dryer with no point attachment but instead A SODA BOTTLE DUCK TAPED ON TO BE AN ATTACHMENT. Not only that, there are no leashes/leads like there used to be so I had to hold my dog up the whole time AND the table was broken and kept tipping over (my dog is 60 lbs he didn’t break the table and he’s not that heavy) so I was holding the table down with my leg while simultaneously holding my dog up and using the broken dryer. Every time I go to the pet wash station I hope they replenish the supplies and fix what’s broken but it gets worse every time. Disappointing. If you’re going to offer the service- do it...

Last week to go look at cowboy hats.Ended up getting Spoken down to and yelled at by a male store associate in the section of clothing Because I was looking at Cowboy hats and put them down semi-wrong way. He was rude, discourteous and disrespectful. He stated that he spent 6 years in Texas Period No I grew up in Texas for 15 years. He then proceeded to insult my intelligence And then try to affirm that I understood what he said. I have it in right mine to file a police report for harassment and intimidation. I was also a GM for tractor. I dint like this employees attitude at all and most likely will be be calling the district manager. Next time I am in there. I will be purposely looking at cloths and cowboy hates to see if he's the same cocky disrespectful person. He wants an issue over a cowboy hat....

My husband and I visited TSC, Phillipsburg for the first time today. We were pleased with the variety of items for sale and the cleanliness/neatness of the store. Additionally, we were totally impressed with the staff. Each and every employee greeted us and were enthusiastic, knowledgeable and cordial. John took time to educate us on the benefits and features of the Greenworks lawnmowers. Alex in the garden center was very helpful in pointing out the merchandise available and promptly offering assistance.
