Planet Pizza of Greenwich — Restaurant in Greenwich

Planet Pizza is horrible I'll rather order dominoes before ordering from this place. I place an order they mess up, they said they'll make another one and I ask whom ever I'm speaking to on the phone what would they like me to do with the messed up order I have, so I have no clue who I'm talking to and they said keep it if you don't want it give it to driver when they come so instead me keeping it I gave it to someone in the house hold, driver gets here and yell cause I don't have it so I explain to him what the man on the phone told me and told him call the store he was rude yelling at me and all, I call the store to speak to someone restaurant then tops them about the driver what happened an that person told me to keep it, the person respond we normally have people give us the food we mess up on for the new one , so ok then I try to tell them then they tell whom ever told me to keep it don't tell people something their restaurant don't do then I wouldn't have any problem but they want to be childish an rude and putting words in my mouth their really unprofessional and don't deserve the restaurant. Not only that but no matter what you get on that menu nasty .. Go buy ARCURI that's good pizza and food. The driver lucky I was not an unprofessional person I would have clock him in the face for being rude and the restaurant to. What I find funny about this place and most pizza store is when you try to talk to them about any situation most of them don't want to act like a grown adult or fix their mistake or work with you most the time an always lie saying we always have problem with your address why? Because I complain everytime my order isn't correct and everyone is to feeble minded to follow a simple task? Huh. Yeah that's the problem, not paying for food I didn't ask for so man up and give me what I wanted easy. you people can't handle the job leave. Simple Aha. When I was young when they first moved their that was real food and miss the original planet people the people now, just garbage and all. All I wanted was spaghetti with spaghetti sauce mixed with claim sauce and cheese but they messed up and its sad food you buy their taste just like food you cook yourself at home..except they have no touch in making the food....

Everytime I eat here I get sick. I work nearby and sometimes they are the only option so I would frequently go there but I can no longer. I never know how long those slices of pizza have been sitting out...and their meat is always dry and crumbly. It's not appealing. Their pasta is always soggy and tastes like old pasta water. I used to enjoy their mozzarella sticks but recently when I got them a few times they were cold. For what they serve their prices are also outrageous and I never finish what I get because its not good, so it's a waste. Service is not friendly behind the counters. I once had a dead fly in my salad. The only good thing I can see is that their drivers are pretty friendly and...

With all the great pizza places in the area, Planet Pizza of Greenwich just doesn't even make the top 100 list. I asked for it not to be super hot, they made it red hot because the entire staff were on their cell phones. Besides that point, the restaurant felt dirty, disorganized with blue containers, and supplies behind the tables mixed with fruit flies and very hot inside.....just made it that much worse. The can of coke was good. With all the great restaurants that have closed, I expect this location will eventually follow suit. This is my first negative...
