Bad Daddy's Burger Bar — Restaurant in Greenwood Village

I've been to bad Daddys quite a few times. I've never sat so long and had such poor service. it took them over an hour to bring out food, and over 30 minutes for her to take our order. We had to ask where our food was and then when it was brought to us there was a mixup it was not detectable at first, as we finished our food I noticed that there were some inconsistencies with my order that I didn't have certain things that I had paid for on my hamburger, and my mothers as well. As well as the size of the salad my father order was wrong. They decided to comp the issue with a free appetizer card and no discounts on the receipt for the items that were not on our order. I was not looking for my meal to be comped. But have the check fixed. I asked our waitress to take this free appetizer card and applied to our tab to help compensate for the mishap and the extra items that were charged it were not brought out and they would not comply. I was also looking for them to go I'm very sorry about this will work harder will do better. At the time of service they had a 6 top and our three top and some guests in the bar. That being said if the was mixed up and the place was packed I would understand. I got stiff remarks from the manager stating had you not eaten the food I may have been able to do something at the point when I was finishing my last bite I noticed that there were the issues so he said if your food was on the table I can refund you something and that was that. I have dealt with people in the past that were less rude, acerbic and crude towards guests. I made the comment would you like me to throw it back up so that you can refund my money. He then mentioned he still would not refund or fix the issue at hand. I asked him to leave me the check and leave the table. With the type of service this manager provided I will be more inclined to do with the store manager and on top of that follow up with a personal email to the regional manager and the owner of the company to ensure that this service doesn't...

My experience out the gate was pretty good. A friendly employee seated us in a clean booth after a small wait and we were greated by our server in a timely manner. We ordered and waited a very short time for our meal so up to this point everything was great. The problem arose when I cut into my burger and found it to be rare. I ordered medium and expected some pink but as a person in my party pointed out, it was still bleeding. It was bright red and when I touched the center it was still cool in temp. I never send food back but there was no way I could eat this. So,I sent it back and waited a good amount of time for it to return ( I ended up eating alone as the other person in my party had already finished). I assumed it was well cooked this time. Upon inspection, it looked cooked so I told the waiter all was good but after biting into it I found the bright red meat again. It appeared as if they just put the sliced open portion under a heat lamp to brown it up a bit and then re served it. The waiter suggested I order well-done in the future as they go by temp but I've been to many burger restaurants as well as Bad Daddy's in the past and never had this issue with ordering a medium burger. Maybe their thermometers are broken? I ate what I could of the burger and smiled through it since I was there for a celebration and didnt want to upset the occasion. It would have been a better experience if my food was cooked or if the waiter had taken responsibility instead of telling me I did something wrong by ordering the wrong temp. (The same temp I have ordered my entire life.) I spent the rest of my day worried of possible food poisoning from undercooked meat. Service was terrible and the place wasn't even busy. It took the server 10 mins to greet our table and get our drink order. We then ordered a margarita which did not show up until the end of the meal. It took another 20 mins before our food order was taken. We ordered onion rings with our food and they came out first. Delivered by someone else other than our server who seemed to ignore us from the time we put in our drink order. The food was all delivered by other servers none of which asked if w needed anything else even though our drinks were empty and we did need side sauces. Our silverware rollups had old food caked on them. Our server didn't come back for at least 20 minutes but a manager came by and asked how it was going. We told her about the Margarita and she said she'd be right back. Finally it came but after another 20 mins when we were done and had gotten boxes for our food which tasted good but the service was so bad. Oh yeah then the server came back and I asked for a refill and she was already walking away so I had to hand the cup over my son's head to give to her because she didn't have time for us. All in all I have been to three different Bad Daddy Burger restaurants and this was terrible. I will not go back to this restaurant ever. If the service is this bad I'm sure the cleanliness is too. I will spend my money...
