The staff was amazing. Food was good with a slight issue on my sides. This is where eh 4 stars came in - food. Charlie the host was super sweet and accommodating. I came first before the full party came. He was ready to take me to our table, but I asked to wait for them. He obliged and we struck a conversation of his favorite starters from Ted's. Pedro was awesome, accommodating, and friendly. He checked up on us at "first bite, filled our drinks promptly, and all around amazing! I told him my broccoli tastes funny like fuel or propane. He was shocked as we were. Immediately, he offered to get me different sides, but I passed. He was apologetic and asked if I wanted to see the manager. I said, "no, just let the chef know the broccoli tasted funny." The food. We all went with a bison meal - meatloaf, brisket, and the ribeye. All around the meat selections were fantastic. The downfall - the broccoli tasted like fuel or propane. I couldn't put my finger on why or how that was possible, but it was a NO for me. The dessert was their homemade strawberry shortcake - shareable and delicious! Definitely recommend the meats and dessert, pass on that broccoli. Thank you, Pedro and Charlie!!! I would recommend this location.

This was the last dinner during my company-paid training trip to the area and was definitely a different experience. Not too often dining at a restaurant that's buffalo-themed and everyone enjoyed their bison burgers just as I enjoyed my bison filet. This was the first time having a filet from buffalo, had a couple of bison burgers in my lifetime but never a steak which was exactly quite delicious. I'm visiting from the northern Chicago suburbs and I found out that we have one of these venues in the southwest Chicago suburbs so I'll definitely have to make the drive sometime after I get back home if I get that craving for bison. Definitely a go-to spot if ever back in the area! Hope for continued boomin' business for decades to come for the owner(s).

Visited Ted's after visiting Uptown Circus next door. To be fair, a larggggge group was dining here at the same time. Our server was inattentive and distracted. She did recommend the bison nachos. Great recommendation. We also ordered the fish sandwich and salmon. The two fish sandwiches lacked flavor. The salmon could have been prepared by Safeway's prepared food section. The mashed potatoes are super boring and bland as Bobby Blue. The nachos were the highlight of the evening. Our server offered us a free dessert due to the lack of service provided to us. We selected the blueberry lemon cookie but left it at the restaurant. It was not our cup of cookie. Perhaps it just wasn't a good evening for Ted. But it's kinda pricy not to enjoy 3 meals.

Bison Nachos - Good, but nothing special

Chips and dip - Overcooked, and tasteless. Would rather have lays chips.

We wanted Onion Rings but they were OUT OF batter. If everything is homemade as they say, how can they be OUT OF BATTER??? That doesn’t make sense.

Ted’s bacon cheeseburger - I asked for well done, it was nothing special, just okay. The fries were okay. I used ranch to dip, and the ranch tasted like sour cream, not ranch.

Cedar plank salmon - from someone else’s order. Was okay, but needed seasoning or salt or something. It was bland

Mac n cheese - for the kids was so tasteless. It was like noodles with milk. And we ordered it for 3 kids. What a waste.

Chocolate chip cookies and ice cream for dessert. They come back and say they are all out, okay so 2nd time they are out of something.

Then, they come out 10 mins after bringing out only one dessert to tell us there is NO MORE ICE CREAM for the 3 ice cream and cookie desserts we ordered. This was for my sons birthday and it was pretty disappointing. They give us 3 cookies and say they’re free. The cookies are 2 dollars each. They were dry and not that good.

We were the only people in the restaurant from 4:30 to 5:30 pm. 2 other families showed up and we left at 6:30pm. I doubt this restaurant stays around much longer. The food is okay, but nothing special, and a lot of the food is bland and apparently they don’t care if they run out of items off the menu, so don’t expect to get what is on the menu, you’ll get what they have, not what you want.

THREE TIMES they came out and told us they didn’t have what we ordered, and tried to act like giving us 3 free cookies and a cold apple pecan dessert made it up to us. The ice cream isn’t home made, it’s Hagen Daz, how can you run out of ice cream when it’s part of almost EVERY dessert on your menu?

I won’t be visiting this restaurant again, and I’m betting it doesn’t make it considering it was empty and they don’t have what you order. Fastest way to lose customers is to tell them 3 times you don’t have what they ordered.

This would be one star if it wasn’t for our waitress. The only good thing about this restaurant was Kim, poor waitress, she was embarrassed to tell us they were out of everything. I hope she finds a job at a better restaurant, because she...

A contender for the worst dining experiences I have had in my life. We waited over an hour for the check!

It is quite clear to me that the restaraunt is under new (and terrible) management. The 4-star reviews do not match the incredibly poor quality of service and mediocre food we got. The former staff must have all quit recently because the current staff are all very young. Our own waitress must have started within the last few days and was clearly untrained.

The restaraunt was at practically empty and it took nearly 20 minutes to even get drinks. My group asked for $40 steaks medium-rare and I just asked for a simple chili appetizer. My chili turned out alright but what my friends got were all steaks that were clearly overcooked, on the verge of being well-done. These were $40 steaks! Another friend of mine asked for a draft beer and never received it even after asking a couple times! I asked for a cheesecake dessert THREE TIMES and it never came!

Nearly 30 minutes after eating we still had not recieved our checks and we made it clear with our waitress that we wanted to leave, to forget the cheesecake and draft beer, just give us our checks so we can get out of there. 20 minutes pass and the waitress comes back telling us that there are "problems with the system" and asked for our individual orders at this point we are fed up. We see who is clearly the manager or owner come to the register give up and walk away. It takes another 20 minutes for our waitress to tell us that they cant ring us up individually and asks if we will all split the tab evenly. We just want out so we agree.

On our way out we ask to speak to the manager. We end up having to ask three different waiters to speak to the manager who we can clearly see in the back just ignoring us. We waited five minutes, and just left after seeing he clearly did not care about us.

And that's how I ended up spending $40 on $12 worth of food.

I do not blame our untrained waitress. I blame the awful management for my terrible experience. People who may be interested in a steak restaraunt, look elsewhere. This is clearly not a place deserving of your...

My son and I went to the Greenwood Village location at around 11:40 or so. The host made us wait for ten minutes before even seating us, once they finely seated us the waiter came over took our order it took him a while but he finely brought us our drinks but nothing else, We had to request the pickles that they normally bring you while you wait for your food and he seemed very put off and annoyed that we asked for the picklesWe frequent location often and have never really had a problem, we like it because it is closest to our house and generally have really good food. We have been customers of this location for about 5yrs now, we have seen employees come and go, but these new employees are the worst. We ordered two of the spare rib dinners with two sides. Another 15 minutes past when they finely brought my Cesar salad there was a bug in it and it looked as if they poured the dressing directly on to the plate with a bunch of garlic was dumped on the plate, instead of granted parm cheese they put huge chunks of parm on the salad and tried to cover it up with the dirty bug filled lettus they had put on the plate. I get they are understaffed but the service and quality of the food was horrible. I was hopping it would get better since I had complained to the manager who was helping in the kitchen earlier but he seemed a bit annoyed that we complained, I guess he assumed we were upset about the wait time, which we were not as we both work in the restaurant field and know the struggles of staffing, we are angry by the way we were treated and the quality or lack there of the food. This location is the worst should hold thier employees accountable and make sure the food they send out is to the standards of the company. They lost out on not only $250.00 sale and the waiter missed out on a $30.00 because we always buy more before we leave for dinner. I really hope it...
