Chili's. Suddenly I remembered why I haven't visited in years.

As I post this, I do want to start with positive comments. The hostess was extremely nice and sat is right away. The waitress was equally as polite, very patient, and our order was correct and timely. Refills on our non alcoholic drinks was proved in fresh mugs within minutes of our first mugs of tea and soda arriving. Hats off to our waitress and her service (11/08/25) and her tip certainly reflected what I would call outstanding.

The negative. I ordered the oldtimer burger. Everything was fresh and put together well, and the serving size of the burger and fries didn't disappoint. What did was the manner in which the burger was cooked. It definitely wasn't as thick as the pictured menu and was dry and burnt on the edges. More like a regular burger that was smashed, committed a sin and was cast into hell before it was returned and served. It was disappointing for a $12 burger, though the condiments and toppings helped make the burger not horrible. But certainly I'd pass on again.

Secondly, for November; there are flies. Thankfully not around the window or never saw one on the table. But those little insects were landing on my legs (I was in shorts) the entire meal. I know flies are a nuisance bug, but they really need to increase extermination times to get rid of them.

Oh, and Chili's; the 80's are over. That birthday singing and clapping. It's time to bury it with disco and big chain restaurant novelty. The enthusiasm of the staff should be easy to spot. Not our birthday, but if you're going to pull all the busy staff from the kitchen to sing and clap, remember that McDonald's used to have playgrounds that became outdated and did well when they removed them too. You'd hear the clapping, look up, see a line of just staff with unsmiling faces sing. It isn't amusing anymore.

worst experience I ever had at a restaurant period. after I ate the waitress took my card and paid my bill without giving me the keyloge are a receipt walking to my car I notice the amount on my bank account looked wrong so I went back into the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager instead of handling it himself he called the waitress back over to deal with me she told me that her keyloge froze and that she accidentally charged me a 8 dollar tip I had already left a tip on the table. they then said they needed my card again so they could charge me the Right amount. with both charges pending on my account I was told I would get a refund for the wrong amount instead I got charged for both amounts today no longer pending so after working 12 hours I had to drive back to the restaurant to talk to my 3rd manager and the owner over the phone the owner said they would call the bank in the morning but after going through all these loops I decided to take matters into my own hands and call customer service line to get the refund I should already have gotten .not really sure why this was so hard to handle its sad won't be going back even if they offered...

My time here was so poor I know I'll never come back again. I took my little sister out to dinner to treat her for her graduation from a culinary program. While my expectations were low for the restaurant I didn't expect it to be this bad. When getting my food it was already cold, the meal was made wrong, and my side was missing. I already knew if I wanted to remade they would slap it in the microwave and add the side after. My sister food came our correct but the food was room temperature and ended up her feel sick after eating. The service was beyond below standards, my waiter asked me my meal and then immediately forgot what I had ordered needing me to repeat myself and the same thing happen with my sister. After taking our orders he asked if we needed anything else, when I responded no he said "no surprised" in a condescending tone. My first al criteria for any review is bathroom quality where it was serviceable but still felt dirty and uncomfortable to use.
