Worst Service! My dad walked in first and got a table for our party of 6. We walked in and were asked to wait to be seated while they finished their chit chat. Oh your group already has a table somewhere on this side. While trying to adjust and seat down waiter is rushing to get drinks order. So we ordered drinks while standing. Requested for more chips and salsa since waiter was only holding on to half empty bucket of chips and small salsa. Asked about spicy salsa and guac cart, "we don't have that" and waiter just left. When he came back showed it to him in the menu and he left again saying he will ask his manager. Ordered bean dip for kids and was given very small cup which was their "Large". Asked for few minutes to look over the menu to decide on food and more chips and salsa since 6 of us were still sharing one small salsa. Same girl from the front came over with a bucket of chips and said "You do know that after first 3 buckets we charge for them? Jeez" Told her to keep it and take the first half empty one as well and to bring us the bill. Paid the bill and went to the next Mexican restaurant. All this in less...
Read moreJust ordered from this place and I’m extremely disappointed with customer service. Picked it up and realized we were shorted an arroz con pollo when we got home. Also did not receive any tortillas for our two orders of arroz con pollo. Called to ask for a refund for the Entrée we did not receive and was told we could just come pick the missing entrée. That doesn’t seem like a fair solution that we should make an extra trip for their mistake. Asked for an extra arroz con pollo for our time or a refund. Was told over phone that we could get an extra order of arroz con pollo but when we arrived they refused and would only give us one arroz con pollo. Really frustrated that we made an extra trip after coming to an agreement and then they refused to give us what was previously promised. Will not be...
Read moreWe went late in the evening. Thankfully, this place is open till 10pm. This was our first time at the restaurant. We had tried others in the area and were very disappointed. The food options here are vast. We had the chimichanga fajitas and the Cancun fajitas. The amount of food was great. We had leftovers for the next meal. The chimichanga was what you get at all other restaurants, nothing too special. The Cancun fajitas, on the other hand, were wonderful. I am not a very big fan of Mexican food, but this is my new favorite. The service left a lot to be desired, but the food made up for it. They did, however, charge us 5 dollars for a very small dish of queso. That was probably the biggest letdown of the experience. Can say, though, that we will be...
