I went on a interview Tuesday November 12,2024 and the General Manager Jenny was mad because I had a hard time finding the place and I was late for a interview I was scheduled for a interview at 1045a.m.i didn't know where the place was regarding bus instructions the General Manager Jenny was rude and had a attitude about it and didn't care if I couldn't find the place and automatically made her decision about getting hired The General Manager Jenny lied to me regarding the interview because she never interviewed me The General Manager Jenny lied about the interview and had me to do a application and never had plans to hire me The General Manager Jenny never sat down and talk to me about the job or interviewed me she had me do a application and no interview I came to Nothing Bundt Cakes about 1:00p.m.and The General Manager racial profiled me because I was black and automatically didn't hire me The General Manager looked at mean mugged mean and didn't won't to hire me I told her I can work 5 days a week the bakery doesn't have a dishwasher and Jenny refused to hire me lieing about 3 interviews The General Manager lied saying she had 3 interviews and when I got a blank piece of pink paper out of the office saying she had 3 interviews nobody for a interview was wrote on the pink piece of paper this was false information given by the General Manager Jenny The General Manager Jenny lied about calling me Thursday November 14 about being hired The General Manager Jenny is not hiring black people to wash dishes and she racial profiled me looking at me crazy when I came to the bakery I knew she didn't like black people working at Nothing Bundt Cakes because i was never got interviewed I want the owner of Nothing Bundt Cakes to know that she discriminating on African American men to work at the bakery I was never interviewed by The General Manager Jenny and had me come in for nothing I need to talk to The Owner And The District Manager because of her behavior she didn't give me a chance and lied about 3 interviews The General Manager Jenny should not work for Nothing Bundt Cakes discriminating on black people this is not fair...

My mothers car broke down in their parking lot and she asked to leave the car there till Thursday, 9/19/2024, as that is when she could afford to take it and get it fixed. She had a verbal AGREEMENT that it was okay to do. She called EVERYDAY to confirm it was still okay. Her car was only there for maybe 3 days as this happened late Monday night. Tell me why she went to come pick up her car and it’s gone. The manager she spoke to was so belittling and disrespectful. She refused to tell her where the car was towed too until she told the manager she would have to call the police department so that she could find it. The manager then proceeded to go to the back get the towing companies information and hand it to her. She stated “good luck” with an attitude. Jenny is who this employee was. I wanted to order a treat for a birthday and after some research I decided bunt cakes. But what sets them apart from any other bakery was the customer service I received from the owner and her employees. I had a specific request that couldn't be fulfilled online so I called into the bakery. I spoke to a young woman who was friendly and professional when I had asked if I can just order 6 instead of a dozen cakes, and I had questions on delivery. The young woman wasn't sure about the delivery and had me hold for the owner to assist me. Once I had the owner on the phone she listened to my request and answered my questions. I would have no problem picking up my order but it would be convenient if delivery was an option. Not only did she understand my request but she personally made this request happen! Just overall, I was so impressed by the kindness and genuine care for me as a customer and even if delivery wasn't available I still would have order the cakes and picked them up just because of how nice the two ladies I spoke to were!! 5 stars all the way!!...
