This is going to be my review of working there. Very unpleasant experience. When I started working there, I informed the manager, kelsie, that I can’t work Sabbath and wanted to work maximum 15-20 hours a week. The week before Valentines, I get a text saying that they will have to put me up to work on Friday, but the problem was, sunset was very early and I couldn’t work after sunset and I told them about this. They wouldn’t let it slide, and what I had to do was miss a school day to come in and work to basically make up for the fact that I couldn’t work later. Another thing, that week I worked 39 hours, which was the most I’ve ever done. Average was 30 hour weeks (I wanted maximum 20). When the food there would “expire” we would usually throw it out but what other crew members were doing, they were taking it home since it was going in the trash and they told me was that I could take it home. I did, and next day had Chris text me letting me know I had to come in and pay for them and accused me of stealing them. For expired food ? They didn’t even offer a 50% discount for employees the whole time I worked there, which they said from the beginning they would do. I came in and paid for everything I took and so did my coworker. I had my tips stolen nearly the entire time I worked there, Kelsie kept telling me it’s “coming” but it never did. I took off a day of work 3 months in advance and what do you know, they decline my request, and I still had to come in and work. They never let me take days off. When I did have a regular day off in the middle of the week, I’d get a call almost every time asking to come in and cover. I got burnt out and can’t function now normally due to the stress of work and school combined. Nearly every day, I got off from school at 2:30 and started working at 3 and worked till 11 (couldn’t leave till the place was cleaned up). They also make you clock in the 10 minute...
Read moreThis location was better in the past. The last handful of times I've made an online or call in order, there has been something wrong. Monkey dough missing cream cheese dressing, pizza missing an ingredient, and today the 5 cheese bread entirely missing the cheddar cheese topping. I typically don't notice these mistakes until I get home, at which point they can't help unless you bring it back; which is entirely fair, but I can't always drive back. In addition, some of the staff who work there need to be more professional. I know they are just teenagers for the most part, so I get it, but multiple times I've walked in and they're all giggling and chatting and cursing in the back and won't come up to say hello to the customer until you call for help. And sometimes they are snobby and have an attitude. Mistakes happen and that's fine, we're all human and I understand that. However it's the combination of mistakes and poor customer service that lead to this review. Like I said, this location was much better in the past and previously I would have given it a 5 star rating. But in it's current state,...
Read moreI called my order in, was on my way home from visiting a friend and it was on my way. Thought cool this will be perfect. Right before i hung up they said it would be a half hour. Just then I pulled right in. I thought," No problem I didn't mind wating." Sat in my car for a half hour, go in to pay and pick it up. They couldn't find my pizza. I thought I may have called the wrong one... they said "no your order is here but it didn't print. So It wasn't made." I was like realky??? They said, "we could fix your order as soon as we can, but there are others ahead of you." Normally I would have been ok... but I don't live in gresham.... I didn't feel like waiting another 30 min for an order I had already been waiting for... they didn't apologize or try to make it right. Horrible service and customer care. YOU NEED TO TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are a reflection of the leadership that owns that franchises... not so good in my eyes... total thumbs...
