Review of Bucharest Grill On DECEMBER 14th 2024 at 5:00 pm.
I recently visited Bucharest Grill with high expectations, given its popularity, but my experience was far from satisfactory. Here's a detailed breakdown of my visit:
Wait Times Long and Frustrating: The wait times were excessively long. Despite arriving during what I thought was a less busy hour, I found myself waiting for over 30 minutes just to place my order. This was followed by an additional 45-minute wait for the food to be prepared. Lack of Communication: There was no communication from the staff about the delays, which made the wait even more frustrating. An update or an apology would have gone a long way in improving the experience.
Staff Attitude Disinterested Workers: The workers at the counter seemed disinterested and bothered by my presence. They lacked the enthusiasm and professionalism expected in a customer service role. Unwelcoming Atmosphere: From the moment I stepped in, I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The staff’s body language and tone of voice clearly indicated that they didn't want to be there. Minimal Effort: When my order was finally taken, it was done with minimal effort and a lack of courtesy. Simple gestures like a smile or a friendly greeting were noticeably absent.
Overall Experience Food Quality vs. Experience: While the food quality was decent, it was overshadowed by the negative aspects of the visit. Good food can’t make up for poor service and long wait times. Ambiance: The overall ambiance of the restaurant felt chaotic and unorganized. The lack of a pleasant dining atmosphere further detracted from the experience. Would I Return?: Based on this visit, I would hesitate to return. The long wait times and unwelcoming staff significantly detracted from the overall experience, making it difficult to enjoy the meal.
In conclusion, Bucharest Grill needs to address these service issues to ensure that the dining experience matches the quality of their food. Improving staff training and reducing wait times should be top priorities to enhance customer satisfaction.

Read moreBucharest Grill is an absolute disgrace of a restaurant that I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy; from the moment I walked in, I was greeted by filth, chaos, and the stench of mismanagement, with staff who looked as though they’d rather be anywhere else, glaring at customers as if we were an inconvenience, tables coated in grime and sticky residue that clearly hadn’t been cleaned all day, and a kitchen that seemed to be operating at a snail’s pace despite being staffed by people who appeared more interested in chatting amongst themselves than actually preparing food.
After enduring an agonizingly long wait for my order, I was handed a crumpled bag of what I can only describe as culinary garbage—food so sloppily thrown together it looked like someone had dropped it on the floor and scooped it back up. The wraps were soggy, the meat was dry and flavorless, and the so-called “fresh ingredients” were clearly anything but, with wilted lettuce, mushy tomatoes, and sauces that tasted like they’d been sitting out for hours. To make matters worse, my order was wrong, and when I brought it to their attention, the staff barely acknowledged me, rolled their eyes, and begrudgingly replaced it with something that wasn’t much better.
The entire experience was a miserable parade of incompetence, apathy, and outright disrespect for customers. Bucharest Grill should be ashamed to call itself a restaurant, as it fails in every possible way to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness, service, or quality. It’s a place where good taste and common decency go to die, and I wouldn’t return if they paid me to eat there.
And I just wanted to add, it can't just be me who got burnt lamb meat in a shawarma. The curly fries were good.

Read moreHighly upset with the team members at this location, today I go in for lunch hardly anyone in there so I get to walk straight up and order, as I wait I see 3 DoorDashers come in and grab there orders, I patiently wait on my order, after 10 minutes I started walking around to make sure they see me. the cashiers started staring at me, never asked me did I get my order so I’m assuming I’m just still waiting I then say let me buy a drink she took the money and still no food I look around and EVERYBODY WASS ON THEY PHONE… IMMEDIATELY I GET PISSED OFF… Now the cashier wants to ask me what my ticket number is, I say 66, the only ticket they have hanging is 67, mind you that had to be a DoorDash order and the girl on the phone doing the dash orders just didn’t pay attention, The cashier then had to go get my COLD fries and wait on the TALKING cook to make my sandwich, Since they see me with an attitude, they looking at me like I’m the problem and the cook start making my food take even longer 🤦🏾♀️ Get a New Team Have a Meeting because I’m never coming back and I will be spreading the word… I felt like if I spoke up they was gone jump on me… I’m so mad I can’t even eat the food, fries are nasty cold smh I paid $13.25 for this shit and can’t even eat it… 10/21/2025!!!!
