If I could I would give this store a 0 stars. I went into this location and was greeted by a male who identified himself as the manager and a female associate. Having worked for T-Mobile in the recent years I was familiar with their plans and procedures. As spoke with the two individuals after doing an application they told me that for my phone of choice and my plan I would be pay just shy of 300 dollars out the door. With having already spoken to a customer service rep over the phone I knew that was not right. I told them that that price seemed off and they were adamant that I had to pay that amount. I left the store and went to another location in Detroit on McDougal and Jefferson, the staff there was amazing I cant remember the young lady name I worked with but she confirmed that they pricing I received from this store was not right. I got the same phone and plan and only paid 109 dollars out the door. I then called to this store and spoke with the manager and told him the difference in price. He told me that the rep at the second store only adjusted my price because she liked me. STAY AWAY from this store they are thieves and scammers and I feel as though they a re a bit racist, when I walked in they saw a young black male coming in probably to commit fraud. Even showing my badge as an investigator did not stop these crooks from trying to jack up cost on me. who knows how many people they have done this too. They must...

Read moreOne star and here is why - I went in this morning after reviewing my T-moble account on line and saw that my phone was eligible for an upgrade. Trade in value showed up as $100 but I have to spend $49 in store on accessories. At the store, the sales guy did his "calculation" and showed me that I get $20 for a trade in. Then upon check out he said $45 activation fee. WHAT!? I walked out. Ended up at the Apple store at Somerset. The Apple salesman also connected to my T-mobile account and I got a $70 credit for my phone and said there is NO activation fee from T-mobile for this upgrade. The advantage at Apple store was that I could view and handle the different models. I ended up getting a higher model than I was going to originally get and bought a case that was actually nicer and less expensive than the one I was going to purchase at the crooked T-Mobile store on Mack.
