Did an online order on 8-1-2023 and went to pick it up about 12:50pm and walked into a packed line waiting for food to be ordered and people waiting in line for mobile/uber orders. Even though there was numerous mobile/uber orders ready to go, no employees were checking names for the mobile/uber people so they could distribute the orders that were already completed, instead they concentrated on waiting on the people in line that still needed to order their food.
A lady in front of me told me she was waiting for about half an hour like this, but it appeared that no one in the mobile/uber line wanted to say anything, including myself, since it could be taken as if we were cutting in line since the staff was waiting on people that still needed to order food. Eventually an uber driver asked if his was ready and they handed a bag already packaged for him that was sitting there the whole time I was there, then I asked if an order was ready for my name, out loud, and a lady handed me my order that was also sitting there the whole time. I believe this was the same with the lady and the others that were in front of me as well, but can't confirm because I left after getting my order.
Overall there was plenty of staff on hand to address the amount of customers inside of the store, since a good number of us already had orders ready to go, but since no employee was addressing the mobile/uber line in an efficient manner, it over crowded the store and the service went downhill from there. Either there was numerous new employees working at one time or it was handled poorly by the manager which created their issue.
The food was good so no complaints from there and I love me some Jersey Mike's so I will go back again, but the service by the employees at the location definitely needs to be...
Read moreThis was my first time ordering from Jersey Mike’s, and it was a terrible experience. I placed and paid for a carryout catering order online three hours in advance. When I arrived at the store, I was told my order had already been delivered — even though I never requested delivery and didn’t even know that was an option.
A team member told me she received a call from a number not associated with my order, claiming it was placed for pick-up by mistake and needed to be delivered instead. The team member said she personally delivered it, collected a delivery fee, and received a tip. Even though they do not personally deliver orders (they use 3rd parties for deliveries per the team member). I made it clear I never made that call — and the number she referenced was completely unfamiliar.
It took the team member about 20 -30 minutes to remake my food, which caused me to be late to an important event. What’s worse is how carelessly they handled my prepaid order and personal information.

I came in today around 10:40am to pick up my order, and the customer who was in front of me who was a white male picking up a catering order. The cashier greeted him, handed him his order and told him to have a nice day. When my turn came she looked at me with a cold look, asked for my name, grabbed my order and slammed it down on the counter, then went to the next customer behind me. Now I didn’t care about her not telling me “Have a nice day” but she could have handed me my order instead of slamming down. Then I found it interesting that she was respectful to the white customer, but not me (the black female customer). Normally I would have addressed it right then and there, but I had to go to work with this being my lunch. I also didn’t want to cause a scene. I felt that it was better giving my review. I’ve never seen this woman in my life, nor was I rude to her. I just simply gave her my name.
