Apple Blossom Baby and Kids — Local services in Grosse Pointe

Used to shop here all the time when my middle child was born. When we discovered this place we felt welcomed and loved the unique outfits, toys, socks, and bibs that they had. We moved almost two hours away back in 2022. So once I found out we were pregnant again (myself with a little girl and my oldest daughter with a boy) so we were excited to go back and get a few things that I had once found. I asked the young lady working if they had the bibs still and she said to me we never carried the ones I was looking for and said are you sure it was us? I explained I used to shop here a lot for my now four year old. She said I guess I'll look up your email, then proceeded to say my email was not in their systems. Side note I get emails from them with both my emails so I know she didn't look it up. And proceeded to be short with us and made us feel uncomfortable. My mom even had a not so solid experience that day. She would ask questions about hats and she was short with her and would walk away to talk to the other lady who was working with her as my mom will still talking .Well we finished shopping and purchased a few items that were just must haves. Like the magnetic sleepers which are completely game changers. Now to the reason why I'm really writing this. I figured it was just a bad day and let it go. I have gotten few emails about the new year sale so I thought I would check it out. See it wasn't an off day because we went back again and I was treated once again rude and like I was not welcomed. I asked one question about the sale at the Petoskey store because I saw it on FB (50% off store wide) and wanted to know if it was just at that location. She rolled her eyes and said this is our clearance and walked away. This time I didn't buy anything nor did I stay after. Great store and super customer service! I was traveling and needed a last minute gift. The team texted me photos of the items I was interested in so I could determine the right one. I ended up going with a silver Whale Mug. They were very helpful and made the process smooth for me, even though I made it tough on them. Would recommend and will purchase again....
