I walked in there around 3-ish pm and it was weird because there were plenty of staff around, but nobody would even address me. The lady that I think it's the supervisor (with glasses) started to count money (like end of shift type thing) but could've still said something like: "be with you shortly" or similar. The girl that finally took my order was refilling the ice machines, so she took my order and disappeared. I sat down to wait and another customer walked in and also stood there. The supervisor had just walked away at this point but an employee came over to the register, just to "clock out" of the machine, but could've still at least greeted person. Anyway I could go on, but my point is that this store is in desperate need of some customer service training, starting (obviously) with "leadership". The other thing which is even more important is that this being a weird time of the day; sort of after lunch, but not quite dinner, it seems like the food prep person (from where I could see) was doing something else, like cleaning around and pushing a trash can or something with his gloves on and then went right back to kitchen to continue food prep without changing gloves!!! I wasn't in the mood to get into it because God knows what else I don't see, so what I did instead when I got home was to nuke the food and hopefully kill whatever bacteria transferred, but again, I think leadership should keep an eye on these things, especially if customers can see into kitchen! Read moreWorst service I've ever seen. Waited in a massive line just to reach the intercom, by the time i reached the speaker i arrived to a dark screen and no answer from the employees. Waited a full five minutes at the speaker while all the cars in front of me cleared. I tried to speak to anybody over the intercom and no response. As the cars piled up behind me i moved forward assuming the speaker is broken (as it has been at this location before) and pull up to the window. I was greeted by a rude woman who flat out told me i would have to go back around and wait in the same line i just spent 20 minutes in. I will never return to this location and i will urge as many people as possible to do the same. A simple "I will take your order in a moment" would have saved me wasting 25 minutes of my life at your establishment.
Edit: 7 Years ago and this is still the worst drive-through experience I've ever had. I was left unattended for almost 30 minutes just sitting in line the then told I should have waited longer. To be clear the screen on the intercom was busted. After waiting and attempting to speak into the intercom for a minimum of 5 minutes. The cars ahead of me had all cleared out and nobody was even parked at the window. There was however a massive line building behind me as I waited for employees to speak a single word from the speaker. Read moreOk I love carls jr since the day I've ever eaten breakfast n lunch here..From FL and AZ. Today I went to Store #1100829 by priest and baseline Tempe,AZ. As we came in automatically Charlee acknowledges with a welcome. Positive energy as well as her personality 10's across the board. The lobby freakingflapping clean as a babies butt and to extend the wow factor for me was her and mgr Alexis we on it ..you know like that pow done and done both helping out with drive-thru..Charlee cleaning her lobby and interacting with guest to the mothatuckin' T..even when Charlee was cleaning her lobby still giving out that welcome factor to new guest and politely saying I'll be there in a bit or give me a hollaaaaah..But then BAM out comes Alexis going for the kill to ensure guest care is given. I got the chicken tenders cuz I know those are fresh and mto. N without no doubt came out fresh,hot and pleasing to my mouth to give them the nod of satisfaction..PPL of the higher up from Carl's Jr. I implore you give them a great THANK YOU cuz this crew is something you should be proud of. The embodiment of teamwork and guest service is where it's at and I'll definitely come here for what they just got kudos from...10's 10's 10's across the board. Way to go Charlee n Alexis you...
