Raspados Paradise Mexican Food — Restaurant in Tempe

Okayyyyy. So I finally tried the food. 😅🥹😳🙃🤗

The reviews had me anxious then I just said to myself, “… you’re not gonna know until YOU know!”. So: The customer service 4/5 attentiveness was a bit off, I repeated myself a few times, I’m hyper aware of tones so when I had a question the answer was a bit rude and then I made my tone nicer and the tone of the worker (not specifying gender because I’m not tryna degrade the place or call out anyone) became a lot — A LOT nicer.

Food: 0/5 I came for food lol so that’s honestly why my rating is so low. It for sure isn’t seasoned, rice w/ corn is very bland, and that bland vibe Carrie’s all the way through with everything else I got. What I got was basically a parted out chicken taco plate w/ rice & beans. I got four tortillas (2 corn and 2 flour). Flour tortillas: 2/5 a weird after taste is actually detected towards the end of eating a bite. Corn tortillas: 1/5 just sad smh (sorry it’s needs love). Beans: uhhh no love in there either my guy sooo yeah 1/5 and awwwe a 1 because they’re edible and it’s not BAD but then the price comes in…. 🥲

I honestly don’t think this meal was worth $13 and some change. With the awareness I have and if I were the owner at this establishment, I’d charge 8/9. (I mean) Thing is— mine wouldn’t taste like this. My food would I be seasoned for one and for two … well okay—the price is that for a reason and people are buying it; so they making they money right? However, I know money only lasts so long, so seasoning, a bit managing on the workers (cashiers) and work on pricing… then yeah y’all would actually be fire and make more money in...

I waited in line and watch him talk to the customer before me for a long time then finally when he got to me I give him my order and she took the next order behind me now these orders were full meal and my was just a strawberry with cream cup that he had me takes a sample of. He could made my drink right then and there and let me go on my way but he decide to serve the person before me and the person behind me and then finally I gave that up after waiting 12 minutes and ask for my money back. When I ask for my money back that's the time the other gentleman in the back stated the order that I ordered and stated if I wanted that. I'd been said no I just want my money back I will understand if I had ordered a big meal then it took this long but I just wanted a drink and he serve all the big orders before me and after me then he couldn't even serve me he was taking his time I was on my 30 minutes lunch for...

Ordered an agua fresca de Pepino con limón and it tasted Absolutely Rotten. When we brought it to their attention and asked to swap it out for anything else. The manager seemed extremely annoyed and proceeded to taste it and yelled “well it taste good to me so no I won’t swap it out”. Very unprofessional! I asked the lady to throw it away and simply ordered another drink which they told me I would have to pay for. First of all no one was looking for a freebie. I gladly paid for that and several other food we had previously ordered. Such as hot dogs, Tostitos preparados, nachos con Carne asada, Agua de sandía y agua de fresa which was average at best. Terrible food but even worse customer service. This will be the last time I will ever visit this establishment due to the lack of handling a simple situation so...
