Terrible service. The female staff could not get it together. They had to remake my order 3 times, and even the 3rd time was inaccurate and I just took it. 17 for tacos and were not even made right. The fountain drink machine was also not working, all the drinks were flat, and were all hot and the ice tea tasted fermented like it had been sitting for days. There was no ice either. The staff had to keep running back to the other end of the building at the end of the bar to get ice for the drinks and then behind the ice cream counter to fill people’s drinks since everything was in utter chaos. I would not recommend this place if you were starving to death lol. The service and atmosphere was literally that bad. If you see it next to Arizona Mills… RUN 🏃 run far far away quickly! Drive thru review. I really wanted to like this place but with how long we waited in the drive thru just to be greeted, and how tiny the “quesabirrias” were for the price of each, I will not be coming back. We waited a while in the drive thru with zero greeting even after the girl with glasses opened the window to tell us how much it was. No “hi, sorry for the wait” or any sort of acknowledgment for the time we spent waiting there. I read the reviews and thought maybe they were just busy when this happened but apparently this isn’t a one off, it seems to be a common trend. Customers are what keeps companies in business, please train your employees the importance of quality customer service. Also, you should probably be honest about the size of the food you are selling. The quesabirria’s are the size of street tacos and more than $4 for just one. It wasn’t worth it, in my opinion. I will say that the flavor was good but still, way too expensive. I ordered a chamoyada and mixed fruit . My drink was wrong. Which happens I can understand. But the little girl who was working the counter tonight was so rude. Her customer service sucked. I asked for her to fix my drink she rolled her eyes and didn't even acknowledge me asking her to fix it. Another young girl came and apologized and fixed it. I asked for chamoy that she said was at the salsa bar that was not. She rolled her eyes again then asked me to walk it back to her. She was annoyed and rude.
