What a ride. This place has amazing reviews. After watching Mission Impossible this holiday weekend, we decided to check this place out. The manager must have a serious issue with women. He was dismissive and made it seem like I wanted more food, when all I wanted was what I paid for. We decided to try the factory sampler or whatever the correct menu term is, perhaps that was my first misstep? Maybe he just doesn't like the LGBT community who knows. As I mentioned, we ordered the sampler with the intention of sampling all of the meat options and getting more of whatever we thought was best. I had to request the beans, as well as the guac...things that are included, as well as come back for the consomme that comes with the quesabirria. Food review: Everything suffers from a lack of quality control. The beans are suffering from a severe lack of salt as is the salsa they give you with the chips and salsa. The guacamole makes up for it double time. The carne asada is soft, but the only flavor that comes through is salt. The shrimp for the gobernador tastes slightly fishy and could use salt from the asada. It is not made fresh to order, I don't know if it typically is. The chicken is flavorful, but could use a touch of salt. I would rate the al pastor, but I ended up with some old asada on my mulita, when I went up to ask if the meat was correct, the lady behind the counter said it looked like asada. The manager came from wherever he was hiding to tell me I had already eaten the whole taco and it didn't matter because I had a sampler. First, we cut the mulita in half, and when I took my bite I opened it up because it didn't taste like al pastor. But he was too busy accusing me of wanting more food instead of listening to my actual question, which was is this carne asada or al pastor. I ignored him and continued my conversation with the tall blonde lady who was actually friendly. So, if you're a woman or a queer person, you should probably avoid this place because you won't get any valuable service and will have wasted your hard earned dollars on a place that has a manager who would rather jump to conclusions than actually listen to the question being asked. 5/5 do not recommend

I recently hosted my graduation party here at Taqueria Factory, and I couldn't be more thrilled with how everything turned out! From start to finish, the experience was incredible. The owner, Jorge, was incredibly kind and insightful, making sure everything ran smoothly and that my guests and I had everything we needed. His attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made the event special. The food was absolutely phenomenal. Each dish was packed with flavor, and a variety kept everyone satisfied. The tacos were a hit, and the homemade salsas were the perfect addition to every bite. The atmosphere was perfect for celebration- vibrant, welcoming, and family-friendly. It's rare to find a place that can accommodate both adults and kids while maintaining such fun and laid-back vibes. I highly recommend Taqueria Factory to anyone looking for not just a great meal but a place to create lasting memories. The combo of fantastic food, excellent service, and welcoming environment made it the perfect choice for my graduation party. I'm looking forward to bringing my family back.

The name captured my attention and I am so glad I checked it out. From when I walked in the door I was impressed with the space, very spacious, colorful and cool (the AC is blasting). I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and then again at the food counter even when they were busy fulfilling other orders. The food is delicious - I got a chicken taco, the shrimp cheesy taco (taco gobernador) & a shrimp Vampiro. Food came out fast, ingredients were fresh & super tasty. They have a full bar off to the side, as well as a salsa bar where you can help yourself to salsas, limes, cucumbers, radishes and other treats to complement your food. I wish I had room for dessert because their treats look incredible, as well as their fresh fruits. Bathrooms were very clean. I am only visiting for a day but will add this to my list for when I come back. Edit: I decided to get dessert too because they all looked delicious. This entire plate was only $10.99 and def enough to share with multiple people

So first of all do not put Spanish items on the menu if your employees can’t understand or pronounce them. We ordered Quesabirria plate but told we don’t have that. We did not order Quesadillas! SMH! Then after ordering Mexican food that doesn’t serve rice we sat at the window for five minutes without being addressed and another 4.5 waiting for the order! Insult to injury the parking lot was empty no car was in front of us or behind us! The shift on 3.30.2024 9:30pm hour does not give a f……..! We not only will not be back but would not recommend visiting the place run by obvious children! I’m the type to tip big for even decent service! This was so terrible I tipped zero and wrote this review without tasting the food. The food doesn’t matter when service is slow, rude and uneducated! UPDATE: maybe I shouldn’t have reviewed without trying the food! Now that I have I will say this… it’s basic. Nothing stands out about their recipe or the flavor. Better Quesabirria tacos on Chubbys Taco Truck and at least three other trucks! Beans were bland and like soup. Since they were already watered down I added my consome for flavor and it still had no flavor. I should be able to give 0 stars because they did not earn a single star! I urge you to reconsider! Do...
