Whoever the young gentleman was that was working the drive there in a red shirt and hair net on his bread with braids, at 250pm on Sunday 8/12 needs to be talked to about customer service immediately.
As soon as I pull up the window he asks what I want, and I asked if I could do a dozen where I built my own. All I hear is “pull up to the window”
I get to the window and he is asking me about an online order; and I explained no I wanted to place an order. He said “okay what do you want”. I then have to pull up the menu online but the kind I wanted didn’t say online that they had it so I asked 8; they told it. He goes “yeah whatever the website says”. Like if the website said… why would I be asking …. Then he rudely hands me my box and doesn’t say to have a good day or anything.
Extremely bad customer service. A simple “oh someone forgot to take your order; my bad what can I get for you” and a “yes we sell that doughnut” would’ve been a much better response. I didn’t even get a receipt so I don’t know his name. He also didn’t greet...
Read moreFirst off let me start by saying 5 STARS FOR THE EMPLOYEE NAME FAITH!!!!!! She’s the mvp and star of the show that will make this place have the chance to be great! Her people skills are top tier! The only one out of 10 ppl standing around joking that seems to take her role serious. She is professional kind sorted out every issue I never thought I would experience at a donut shop. She deserves a raise and will be the ONLY reason I ever come back to this location.
As far as the store itself yes it’s new and I gave them grace 1st 2 times coming but this time was such a hassle just to get a birthday offer from the app they told me to download. The other unemployees all so unorganized, too much goofing around and not assisting customers in lines. Donuts cold and not fresh, employees need to be more sanitary with what they touch before touching donuts. I really hope this place improves on quality of service. Krispy Kreme is a great brand but people can ruin...

The recipe is simple; the dough is soft with a slight crunch from frying. The glazed is thin but the right amount for the little pastry, giving it the perfect sweetness. I shared these little rings of nostalgia with my coworkers, and they were almost gone by the end of the day. I went back and got the chocolate for fun, and it was just as good as I remember it, too. Yes, they have more daring flavors that are just as sweet, fun, and unique; but Krispy Kreme has mastered the art of a classic doughnut. Something that no other doughnut place has...
