Took my granddaughters to eat. Walked in and there was no one at front counter and 4 people in line. Waited and waited, finally an employee emerges from the back. There were approximately 12 employees we could see from the front counter. They were standing in the back, talking and eating French fries. She finally took out order. We waited another 15 minutes. The dining was beyond dirty. Not one table clean and there was a huge spill in the floor. I go back up front and ask for a rag to clean a table off. I was asked by the lady who took our order, “so all the tables are dirty?” My reply was actually. Another girl from the back saw me Standing there, I again asked for a cleaning cloth. She did get one for me. The lady at the front cashier then left her post and people in line to clean tables and sweep. After waiting the 15 mins I went back up. There were four of us in line waiting on food, or had a problem with their order. Our order was waiting on the back table. After over 5 mins I went up and SPOKE up!!! Hey can someone please just hand me our order so my kids can eat? They handed it to me. Got to the table. Fries were cold, food was not how we Ordered it. I went back to get ketchup. There was a lady with short hair I asked for help. I asked for sauce for nuggets. She was less than helpful. The. I asked if she was a manager. She said YES! I said Do you know it’s not Ok to run a restaurant like this? She literally shrugged he shoulders and said nothing! I said really? If you’re the manager you need to get your staff and restaurant in order. She shrugged her shoulders and again and said , well I just got here. Regardless of her schedule she needs to take pride and have work ethic and get this place in order. District managers need to fix this McDonald and the Foley McDonalds. It seems at this point that no one cares. I won’t bring them Here again. Sad thing is, I live here I’m not a visiting tourist. Just don’t bother...

Read moreUnfortunately, my granddaughter wanted McDonald's chicken nuggets. While I was placing our order, I asked for a milkshake. Of course the machine was not working. The manager who was taking the order proceeded to explain the machine got struck by lightening. The gentleman behind me had come in for a milkshake as well and said he had been to 3 different McDonald's and none of them had milkshakes available. I made a comment to him that I think it's a corporation issue with those machines. So he left. We should have walked out as well. The manager proceeded to tell me they are not owned by corporate and it got struck by lightening. I said I'm sure it's franchised individually, but it's still an across the board corporate issue with the machines constantly being broke down. She proceeded to argue the point until I asked her to just take our order as my granddaughter was hungry. I ordered the chicken nuggets happy meal and a double cheeseburger meal. I got charged $9 for a cheeseburger meal that the fries were not fresh and the burger was cold. It's not even about the money. It's the fact that the workers were playing around the entire time there was a long line at drive thru and a few other people had walked in after us, instead of doing what they were supposed to be doing. This is a management issue. The management definitely needs to...
