This place is so cool. Definitely a hidden treasure of Gulf Shores. It's stashed off in a little strip mall kind of tucked away. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was the customers all talking about how good this stuff is. Then I was greeted by the owners. An older couple with authentic smiles on their face excited to take our order. I felt very welcome. Watching them make this rolled ice cream was a real treat as I have never witnessed this. They use a home made recipe and the cream is made from scratch by hand in the store from a recipe they spent months perfecting. Honestly it was very good. Please take your kids here. The adults will love it as well. One thing I want to point out, and this speaks to the character of the owners, is that there is a huge painting of a cow on the wall(you will know it when you see it) obviously drawn by a child. After asking them about it they explained that their youngest daughter had made it when she was a kid and they blew it up and put it in their store. I love seeing parents who love their kids that much. Not only did they love her enough to blow it up and put it on the wall but they saved the original for years.
