Crumbl — Restaurant in Gulfport

I just want to first say that I LOVE Crumbl cookies and I was so excited to see that Gulfport was finally getting a store. I’m not from here and Crumbl is big where I used to live so this made me happy! However, I’ve had a few issues with this location. The popular flavors have been sold out MULTIPLE times. Today I wanted to make sure I got this weeks flavors to bring home to my family so I ordered on the app around 0600 in the morning for a party pack to be picked up between 730-8pm. I felt that this would give the workers enough time to have my order ready for me to pickup and ensure I would get the flavors I paid for. I showed up on time to get my order and it was not ready for me. I waited 10 minutes before the worker came up to me and told me that their oven was not working properly and the snickerdoodle and buttermilk pancake flavors were not being cooked thoroughly. This is understandable, however I had watched multiple people be served before me who were given these cookies. I am frustrated that after a long work day I drove 30 minutes to this location to get my order I placed over 12 hours prior and it was not ready NOR given to me. Please do better to your app/paying customers. I’m a loyal Crumbl customer but I don’t think I’ll be going to this...

So first off let me say I fell in love with these cookies wen I lived in Ellisville MS. I used to the drive to Hattiesburg almost daily to buy cookies or order from doordash. But the very first time I went to the Gulfport location was terrible...first time I ever had cold crumbl cookies..my husband bought them for my anniversary,he knows I loooove crumbl. Now I have since moved to delisle but I work in Biloxi and since the year and week was ending,,and I had a lot of bad news. I just knew this is what I needed ..plus last day for the flavor of mi favorite pop tart...long story short I stood in line for almost 2 hours because system was down ...even used my overdraft because clerk asked me to help check if it was bk up, even tho I had told her I was just coming to get my birthday cookie.they gave people whatever they claim to order I witnessed one lady come in twice...n no questions she was given wat she asked for but I went all the way 3 cities over empty handed because the system was down when it was one free cookie but everyone else was given whatever they would say they had already or come in to order,..I sat in the parking lot in tears talking to my husband and eventually went home.NEVER GOING TO...

We frequent Crumbl weekly basically as a family tradition now with the kids. We're from Louisiana and when we saw there was a crumbl here by our hotel we were excited to stop by. It was later than we usually go after 8pm and soon as we walked in it wasn't the usual smell of cookies baking we smelled. Instead it was like we walked into Snoop Dog's house. The smell of marijuana was something serious.. A little taken back but we didn't have our kids with us and we're not snobs so it is what it is. So we get our order and unlike every other time they didn't show us the cookies before they handed them to us, again no problem we're always happy with them. That was where we messed up. When we got to our hotel the cookies looked like they were just thrown together by well... someone that has a pretty good buzz going obviously.. I mean they are just cookies and you can still eat them but for the amount of money they cost I kinda expect a better product. They were friendly and I really hate to complain about one of our favorite...
