Its a shame when management wont speak to you! Will not put any effort in giving them any more chances. You have been warned take your business where you will be appreciated!UPDATE* THE GM REACHED OUT TO ME AND WAS CLEARLY UNAWARE OF THE ISSUES I HAD WITH MY ORDER OR THE OTHER MANAGER. SHE APOLOGIZED AND AGREED TO MAKE IT RIGHT. If I could rate lower, It would be promised. I have gotten take out wings here twice within a weeks time and they were so hard and dry. I have noted this concern upon my second visit before placing my order, but the girl didnt seem to care. My order appeared decent til I began to eat!! Very dry and totally unacceptable, therefore, I called to alert a manager who only said sorry with a nervous giggle. I told her I would like to speak to someone else. She asked for my info and said she would pass it along to the GM who would be in the next day. Im still waiting on that call lol NOT. Save yourself the trip folks drive down the road to Diberville , the food is cooked to perfection and its not dry or crusty where you cant eat it!! The customer service in Gulfport seems to be lacking due to the fact they are never ready on time. We had to place our order and wait because the cook wasnt there. Now they are staffed and nobody else can cook?? I was told by the “manager” the reason my wings were hard is due to that location using a timer. Well fix your timer and do better. I needed my wing fix today and we drove past this franchise to enjoy what wings are supposed to be. Also i dont appreciate telling me to try boneless wings. Read moreWe always go to this restaurant and never have had an issue. A few nights ago we went with our son and have the worst service I’ve ever had in ANY restaurant. The server couldn’t get our drinks right and kept disappearing every time we needed refills. He finally came back almost 30 minutes later to take our order. Within 15 minutes one side item was brought to one table. We waited for another 15 minutes and someone brought out my son sandwich which was made incorrectly. I finally asked for a Manager and was rudely told that food is brought out as it’s ready! I’m sorry, I’ve eaten in restaurant for years and have NEVER been told that food is brought out as prepared. Food is also brought out by table. Why would I want to go out to eat with people if we all get our food over a one hour period???? The side that was brought out was cold by the time they brought the wings and the wings ended up being the wrong sauce! The manager said she would remake everything. After waiting another 15 minutes we asked for the check and was charged for drinks which were two tap beers a two iced tea! I was shocked that the manager did nothing to make up for the mistakes of the server. They could have at least comped the drinks or offered us a gift card for their mistakes. After an hour and a half we left hungry and paid $30.25 for beverages only! Needless to say we won’t return. If you want to eat with other individuals don’t go there. Read moreBeen here twice. First time was a take-out order. Everything was great. They even gave my boys a tablet to play on while we waited. The second time (Cinco de Mayo and it was nowhere neat busy) was a dine-in experience. The waitress apparently approached our table (it was just me at the table at the time and I didn't even notice that she "approached" the table. Looked more like she walked by, saw I was on the phone, and kept walking) to take our drink order (while I was on the phone getting the drink order from the rest of my group) but walked away while I was on the phone. Okay. No big deal. I get it. My party arrived. We waited about 10 minutes before the manager came to our table to check on how everything was going and to ask if we needed anything. I spoke up about no one coming to get our drink order since I had been there. Which was about 40 minutes by that time. Less than 5 minutes later she came and explained that she didn't want to interrupt me on the phone. She began taking our orders. Everything was fine until she interrupted us the middle of our conversation about something. I found it to be odd seeing how she didn't want to interrupt the phone conversation due to possibly being rude, yet had no problem interrupting us about something non-important while we were dining. Seriously, the question had nothing to do with our bill, meal, or anything relevant as I recall. Despite the dine-in experience with the waitress, I will still be back.
