I’m sorry but this review is for a SUNGLASS HUT. I just bought a pair of Oakley sunglasses $300 on June 12th. Barely even tried them on and realize that these are not the pair I needed because when you go outside is the shade is still yellow and it doesn’t dim like the blue ones. On the 15th Of June I came to exchange them. The rep at the desk tells me that I cannot return them because they’ve been scuffed After she picks them up and start cleaning them I don’t know she could’ve scuffed them. I barely even touched them. And they’re saying I cannot exchange them I cannot return them but they have a 30 day return. So basically they have no return policy. Beware!!!! do not buy any glasses from them because if you pay anything you are not gonna be able to exchange them or return them. Their 30 day return policy is absolutely totally profoundly bogus!!!! Also what I didn’t realize was my brother had already called her about the sunglass’ yellow lens situation of not being the one that was needed and she had already made up her mind that I wasn’t able to return those sunglasses before she even saw the sunglasses. There’s more to this than meets the eye because she had already made her decision before I even got to the store before even seeing the sunglasses. They weren’t going to take the glasses regardless they were gonna make up some kind a lie.They are frauds! BEWARE!!!!

I called to report Talk and Play because the store sold me a game that did not work on 11/14/2017 and would not give me a cash refund knowing that the game was a Christmas present for a child, Caleb a manager and the owner thought it was funny that I wanted a cash refund because that store does not offer cash refunds at all, you can either get a store credit or a trade, I live in Louisiana and I can not travel back like that to test their games and nothing is posted that you buy at your own risk either.
