Hardee's — Restaurant in Gulfport

I went to Hardee’s in Gulfport Ms. for some breakfast well I was the only car in the drive through , no one in front or behind me well they gave me a price so I went around and the lady priced me a quarter more so I said ok and them this lady I guess was a manager came running to the window and told her to forget the quarter they can’t wait on me they got to keep the line moving 🤷🏻‍♀️ there wasn’t no one else around but it really bothered me because she told the girl to tell them to have the money ready when they get to the window and if you’re in the drive thru at some point when they tell you a price you’re going to have to get it out so you’re going to hold a line somewhere but I was told by someone they did the same to them . Hey if they want to lose money then fine but don’t be rude to us because sometimes it’s them and getting our orders ready that’s holding...

Hardee's really needs to invest in some new drive through sound equipment. We had to repeat our order 4 times to the nice lady taking our order before she could hear it properly. She apologized to us, and said that her headset kept going in and out. Although that was frustrating for us, it wasn't until we got to the cashier's window that we became irritated . The cashier;whose name was "Desire" looked and acted as if she would rather be anywhere but there. She kept telling us that what she was doing was killing her back. She dropped our change out on the concrete with no apology, and did not offer to replace it. My sister had to go inside the restaurant to get the condiments that we had asked for 3 times, and never got. The biscuits were extremely hard, and not pleasant...

I haven't been to Hardee's in long time. So when I was visiting Gulfport I decided to stop in off HWy49 . Right away I go to the bathroom. The bathroom was very clean , then the cashier was waiting for me. Then I placed my order ..I ordered the swiss mushroom burger 🍔 combo. With a coke zero. Service was satisfying and friendly staff. The cashiers name is the same as mine. Only she spells her name Chalsea. She smiled. I got my tray and sat down to eat. It wasn't a warm as I wanted to be . The gravy was slim pickings. The fries were warm to the touch but good. I love the fries. But the swiss burger should of been a lot more warmer in temperture.
