I give a 0 on Aug 1 I stayed in line for almost 20 minutes I came to support the açaí bowl that a lot of people been talking about , the employees there are very rude I had to call for Someone to come to the window to look at the açaí bowl that the other employee gave me not mind u I had not move out the driveway I get the bowl and it’s watery like soup I never got my other one either they said oh u had another I say yes but is this how this suppose to look the young lady look at it and said what did y’all do to her stuff at this pointe I didn’t want neither I paid 24.00 with my debit card it’s seems they were playing around in the store this happen around 415 my receipt was rung at 444 when I got to the window I wanted a refund she tell me I can only give you a gift of 24.00 ummm ma’am I didn’t pay with a gift card I never left and this is not what I ordered and what is advertised she was very rude she gets on her personal phone to call someone I want my money not a gift card time is hard especially when u didn’t get what I paid for I could put a picture up to show you how my order...

Had an issue at Smoothie King hwy 49 - Gulfport MS. They asked me to pull-up in the drive through- then did not bring my order. I went inside after 15 mins. Turns out they gave it to the wrong car. While I’m inside, Wrong car brings the order in after 20 minutes and SK employee try’s to hand it off to me and problem solved…. I refused to take the order after being in someone else’s vehicle for 20+ minutes. They said they were very busy and to redo the order would be a while. I asked for a refund and they said there wasn’t a manager there and could not refund. They said that they would have someone call me and I left my phone number. Other than tripping on the sidewalk which is way too high before entering the door it was great The clerks were very nice very informative I'd never been to slow the king before in fact as I tripped I noticed the 3A Kirk's inside ready to run out to help me but I was OK they should concern I appreciate that but really that 1st step up on the sidewalk should be lowered someone Could really hurt themselves and I am a person with a knee and almost couldn't get my knee my leg up that high to step up on that Sidewalk which is...
