Ate here yesterday we ordered several different chicken salad scoops to go with our salads. The service was awesome along with the food. I even ordered some to go for my teenage son that was at home. He enjoyed it as well. Everything was explained to the T. Chelsea is new and anything she didn’t know she asked. She was very patient, kind and friendly.
Now today, the staff in the kitchen was horrible. We had Chelsea again taking our order, she was amazing again, with the same vibe and demeanor as yesterday. We asked can our tomatoes be cut in half. We received a weird look from three of the kitchen staff and one yelled out “they are grape tomatoes” ok I know I was here yesterday but they are huge GRAPE TOMATOES. Next we asked for salad dressing, which wasn’t enough. So, Chelsea asked the kitchen staff for more dressing for us. A kitchen staff told Chelsea “Damn, how many dressings do you need”? Loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear. That’s when my man yelled back and said, “ it doesn’t matter how many we need long as we’re paying for it”. He took the words out of my mouth. I said Damn today’s experience is much different than yesterday.
Also, there was a couple standing in line that was waiting to place their order. A black chick was at her register just standing there writing on a piece of paper drawing with a marker, while the couple was standing waiting. I’m assuming a manager or lead stood behind the black chick and said, “she can take your order”. The black chick never acknowledged the customers. She did look up when they entered the restaurant but never physically acknowledged their presence as a customer that’s paying her hourly wages.
Today customer service was horrible by some of the staff, except that sweet, pleasant, respectful young lady named Chelsea.
Oh by the way today the black chick was on register #2 and her named begins with an L-Ly... something, but don’t remember. I know of their names because of the small, white dry eraser board, not name tags.

Read moreNormally the food is really good. Placed an order at drive thru yesterday and on the second bite into the sandwich hit something hard. Upon my first look, I thought it was a toothpick but it was some type of metal spring. I immediately return to the store to address. I presented the sandwich with the metal piece still in it to the cashier at front register. She went to the back and returned a few minutes later and asked if I wanted to receive a refund or if I wanted the sandwich to be remade. I stated that I wanted sandwich to be remade. Although they remade the sandwich, they never offered an apology or anything else to right the incident or my inconvenience. Nor did any member of management feel that they should have talked to me or showed any concern. I just feel that the customer service was very poor. I could have very well broken a tooth or cut my mouth. They showed...
Read moreFood is great. Staff has issues. The cashier has one speed (basically reverse). Other team members just stare at customers while one cashier works. The layout of the front counter makes customers wonder if they're even standing in the right place to be in line. Totally understand the need for masks right now, but staff cannot communicate thru them when they just mumble. This is our third visit and staff members still don't understand the menu enough to answer questions. Again, food is excellent and prices are a good value. Menu is one of the most confusing you'll ever see. Don't recommend the drive thru until you understand how the menu works. They still don't posts soup choices, you have to ask. Oh - why is the trash can hole so much smaller than the styrofoam container they make you...
